The best thing about this product is that it is made in india. If Indian brands can maintain a good product quality and after sales support like Mango Man, i'll certainly prefer to buy Electronic products made in india instead. The device is performing flawless without any hitches. Support team periodically add different new features to the device which is awesome. I wish if the device could support more media formats in video playback in future as i have a wast collection of TV shows and movies but some formats are not supported.

As usual, excellent & speedy delivery by Snapdeal. The product was neatly packed. This smart dongle is capable of turning your ordinary TV into Smart TV. Just plug it into the HDMI port and connect through the Teewe App on your phone and enjoy the videos/ downloads from your phone to the bigger screen. I found it cheapest on Snapdeal. The connectivity does take some time but, once connected, its pretty easy and quick to operate. Once connected, do make sure to upgrade the Teewe App on the TV and voilla... Its a breeze... The connectivity also depends on the speed of your internet connection.

I bought it thinking that it would be a good alternative to Chromecast. It does offer playback on your TV from your computer and mobile devices. But the experience is not seamless or hasslefree. Very often, playback enters into a freeze mode and wouldn't continue from there. In such cases, you will be required to restart playback from the beginning and use the seek bar to reach the desired position. It is so annoying that it happens multiple times during the playback of a single movie. Invariably this also happens when you pause the movie and try to play it back again. The experience of locating the device on your mobile phone, in my case an iPhone, is also not pleasant. Although the phone detects the device Wi-Fi, it will encounter issues which will prevent it from connecting to the Wi-Fi. At times, I had to approach the customer care department for a solution.

Well Teewe is a good concept but has got many limitations.Pros1. Works well for YouTube videos2. Automatically adjusts the screen size.3. Picture quality and buffering is good.4. The device is very economical and handy.5. Plays even when device is disconnected6. Range is good because it works on WiFiCons1. Sometimes connection gets lost without any reason2. The App interface has bugs, especially it blocks memory. I had to uninstall it to release 1GB of memory by App.3. There is no option to save videos and watch it offline.4. YouTube and local pictures only can be mirrored. Not anything else on your tab or phone.

I was convinced of buying this device reading reviews here, particularly about the support offered by the TeeWee team. Would like to confirm here that the team lives much more above the wonderful experience of the device itself. Really amazing product. easy to install & easy to use. very fast & accurate. it can play almost any format of video. video streaming is so smooth. no lag at all. Desktop app and chrome plugin are kickass. Can watch movies, series, cricket almost anything on a tap of a finger. if you are planning to buy it then go for it without any second thought. Awesome support team and they call them Ninjas, true to their name always!!

Product is overall fine. On Android, with HD Video also it works reasonably well. Saw an entire 2.5 hour movie last night in 720p HD. I think 720p is the highest HD quality it supports, which works fine on my 40" TV.If you use display source as Mobile, it cannot be used for mirroring. It is like a more enhanced Chromecast, wherein you can mirror both online content of certain websites like Youtube, ErosNow etc on your TV (whatever online sites the Teewe App supports). Plus you can also cast your local media on TV: photos and videos. If you have your typical Camera pics (8MP types), then it lags a lot and takes some time to load.I tried with both Android 4.4 (Mi 4i) as well as Windows Phone 8.1 (Nokia Lumia 820). Although it works on Windows mobile, even SD quality streaming is laggy.One issue I found was, if you keep the app running for long time and the display is getting projected, the App shows that it is no longer connected to Teewe, and hence you control or see what's playing. But the video continues to play without interruption. But if you exit the App and restart it, it shows it is connected and you can control the playback. So this is an App issue. Not hardware.However, if you connect it with Laptop running Windows or Mac, screen can be mirrored. I tried that on both Windows as well as Mac. I tried both the App as well as the Chrome plugin. On windows app, i just couldn't stream my videos. I could get the screen mirrored, but it is unbearably laggy. On Mac also, the same story. Although, I could get mirroring working, but even at SD quality, it was very laggy. You just cannot watch a video. Feels like you're back to narrow band internet.Chrome plugin worked relatively better in terms of discoverability. But it was again, quite laggy even in SD1 thing I was impressed with is: their customer support is quite pro-active: in fact on delivery of the product they called me. And even few days later they called me. They also told that they're working on releasing new version of the software and should be out in couple of weeks.They also told that all these lag issues are due to my router being incompatible: I'm using Netgear WGR614 N150 router. They mentioned that the product works well with newer Netgear routers.I mainly went for it, because we want to use it both with Android & Windows Phone and there are only two products that i know of support Windows Phone: this one and Portronics Pandora.Another thing I found out is, by default when you connect to your TV, it will work in 720p. But if it detects 1080p video being played, it will switch to 1080p.

This is a good device to watch content on TV. Works as mentioned. Easy setup.Glad that it is an Indian company that makes this.Con : The content you want to view has to be on your PC or Laptop. I would like to load content on my iphone which I can render on TV through this device. Hope they give a software update for this functionality.
