I had purchased this product from a local retail shop about two months ago,,, The software was running absolutely fine and detecting threats as well but unfortunately about a month ago My OS got crashed and I had to format my PC. But, when I reinstalled eScan Internet Security Software and tried to reactivate it. It comes up with an error message "This License has already been activated on the other system" I tried contacting eScan for several days to rectify the issue and emailed them as well but got no response from their end... Whenever I used to call their helpline no. "IVR used to ask me to record my message as all the operators are busy" Sick & tired of eScan, I finally bought Norton Internet Security and let my money go down the drain. NIS really rocks! After purchasing NIS, I formatted my PC once again just to test that whether this software is having same problem like eScan but fortunately, the answer was 'no'. Even, if you format your PC while using NIS and try to reactivate it once again after installing Windows, it works without any issue! It gives you the remaining days of your subscription from the date of activation without any harassment! Go for Norton or Kaspersky instead of this piece of crap! It doesn't even support Windows 8/8.1 properly

I have been using this antivirus since the last 2 years and it hasnt dissappointed me with its service. In case of any problem they have a good customer care set up. You can chat with them live, on telephone or on email, they rectify your problems using teamviewer and correct the software themselves. I havent faced any dissapointment yet regarding any undetected virus or any virus remaining undeleted or unquarantined. it updates automatically. It has number of options like firewall, mail scan, antispam, file av, web protection, endpoint security , privacy control etc. Its very light, just requires 512 MB of RAM only. I do all my bank transactions with a free mind having the level of security this software offers. If you need a light and affordable antivirus which doesnt corrupt your system with all those trojans, adware and malwares this is one of the best softwares. Go for it !!!!
