Excellent, excellent & excellent. Have been using it on daily basis. Rotating base- aany angle you put it on its base; sim button at base will keep liquid boiling mildly- very useful; Inside- there are two small vertical studs to hold strainer in position (although they supplied a conventional, separate strainer with handle- we call it "CHAKNI"). These somewhat is annoying while cleaning. But no big issue. Coil is hidden- flat bottom- easy to clean (those studs welded on the inside wall gives some problem). Heats in seconds not in minutes. Overall higly satisfied. Mostly being used to heat water & making green tea.
A product can develop issues but after sales service should be good. But in this case it is simply horrible

Never go for this product. Stopped working after 3 months. Have chased the after sales service for months but either they don't attend the service call and if they do attend, they are not able to fix it. Worked great for 1 year 4 months - post that started giving problems. With their executives denying 2 years warranty, but gave after a long argument. Base plate stopped working now, and they are saying only visit is covered in warranty and not parts!! Don't know what to say...

Poor plastic quality not worth the price

I wanted to buy the Morphy Richards Tea Maker, but as that product was not available for shipping to my address in Pune, I opted for this one which looked similar to Morphy.
I thought Bajaj would be decent quality, but was surprised with very flimsy plastic part, very bad finish, definitely not worth the price. The charging plate was so light and thin, that I was not sure how long it will survive.
The other imp point to note, while they mention it is tea maker its just a normal electric kettle, there is nothing special/different, except it has two level heating. So its really not worth paying higher is the kettles with this kind of capacity can be gotten at lower price.
I immediately connected with Flipkart customer care, they have agreed for refund, and pickup of this product. I must say flipkart service has been amazing, they delivered in less then 24 hours, and have agreed to refund without any hassle.
This product would be fine to purchase if it was in range of Rs.1000-Rs.1500, definitely not worth Rs.2310/- .

I am satisfied with the product.......before buying one should aware that the plug is 15amp and 2000 watt. This kettle is awesome as one can cook Maggie/noodles in it. The body is made of stainless steel.
