Phone quality is good, can be used with intercom as well and conference. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a called ID feature and that makes it ancient. Such an expensive phone without caller ID is a complete bummer and Panasonic must have slept through this one.Other than that, phone isn't bad. Looks neat and easy to use.

One of the best phone and best brand for its quality.I was using this particular model of 2line phone a way 20 years back which was still working in good condition. But I lost that phone in floods in 2009. And now I'm back with my best model of2 line phone of Panasonic...
All that is Japanese may not be good.

One month into putying into use, the phone broke down and by whuch time the return period to amazon had also closed. On taking it to the service centre, and observing that the PCB board had short circuits, they rejected warranty service, citing external reasons. So as an engineer, I assume that this equipment is not protected against spurious signals and spikes that come on incoming telephone lines...bad design!!!!I lost this time, so Panasonic may have won the battle, but am sure to win the war by buying another better designed equipment!.
Expensive Phone with Caller Line Identification facility

This phone does not have Caller Line Identification facility. Hence this phone may not be very useful. Audio call quality of this Panasonic Phone is The Best. If someone wants a good phone without Caller Line Identification facility, then they may buy this phone for the good quality of audio calls. It is very expensive phone though. Hence I have returned this phone to seller. Amazon and Seller were very cooperative during the return of goods and refund. I am happy for the experience dealing with Amazon and this seller.
No CLI display - just a simple 2 line phone

Has no CLI due to which I returned this product. This is supposed to be an advanced 2 line phone but without caller ID display this is as good as dummy in current times.
Phone is good but no Caller ID

We are using these phones for office purpose. We have more than 10 devices. All are very good. Nice voice. Even works without batteries. For speaker phone must need 3 batteries. But one disadvantage is no Caller ID.
