Perfect Look--poor build

I wanted to buy Steel Pendrive so i choosed this because of its Look.
But I disappointed due to its plugging in problem. i.e, sometimes it is not detected just after u insert it into socket, you have to pull it slightly. It happened with many PCs(not socket problem). And also its steel cover is thicker hence it cant be plugged into some PCs.
Loose connection or accidental disconnection during copying corrupts data.
Transfer speed isn't very good but fine.
Heating issue if used more than a minute. Copying speed drops suddenly after few minutes.
Good one for rough and tough use.

I ran CrystalDiskMark 3.0.1 Speed Test of 50 MB on the SE9 8GB, the following are the results
Read Speed : 22.77 MB/s
Write Speed : 15.12 MB/s
Undoubtedly the Transfer Rate is GOOD!
But the MAJOR PROBLEM with the SE9 is HEAT. I just plugged the SE9 for the Speed Test & it seemed to HEAT UP pretty quick! So if you don't have problem with the HEAT the SE9 is AWESOME.

I have been using this pendrive for over a month and satisfied with this product.
Here are my observations
1. The main reason for me to go for this pend drive is because of it's metallic body, this very sturdy as well. I have hooked it to my bike key(Ride my bike in dusty roads of Bangalore), dropped it couple of times and it is still in good condition.
2. Data transfer rate is similar to any other pen drive of it's class. Big file(like a movie) transfer rate is high, chunk of small files(like a directory full of pics/docs) transfer rate is slow. Transfer rate shouldn't be considered as a reason for not going for this pen drive.
3. Yes, it has heating issues but it's not a major concern and that shouldn't be the sole criteria for not considering this pen drive.
All in all great product, good for people looking for a pen drive for rigorous usage.

Strong and durable body

I recently bought kingston se9 model pendrive.This product has a metal body which is strong and more durable. Very sleek to be kept in wallet which does not break if it is dropped also. Always kingston remains to be a good manufacturer of pendrives.
