Good Phone Experiance Spoiled by Flipkart.

Got a defective one. Flipkart never took it back, asking me to perform trouble shooting. the process was half told to hard reset the phone which i googled and did. The problem turns out to be the physical one and had to take a new set to the service center. And later on when an executive from Flipkart calls I share my experience to him, he simply closes the complaint as issue resolved. How convenient.
Now coming to the handset, good performer poor front Cam and 4 GB internal memory show some short coming. Window phones are a better alternative to Blackberrys.
But seriously a brand is a brand. Should stick with Samsung HTC Nokia Microsoft etc as reliability and Quality Check is mandatory. Local brands or Chinese brands are only for sole purpose of making sale without taking any responsibility for the after sales.
So its your choice to risk your money by throwing it on theses local or Chinese brands.

Although I didn't get this phane through Flikpkart, just thought of sharing my experience with others.
The phone (Rs 3884) is surprisingly good at the price point of view. Everything works fine, Windows 8.1 is amazing. Touch screen is good , touch is rather less sensitive , as expected (price!) but it works every time without fail. Ni lags whatsoever ! Scrolling is butter smooth and fast. Call quality is pretty good .
Camera is just Ok, but don't count it , once again price comes into picture. Phone is compact , light weight , no heating problems, charges fast and battery last one full day! What else one would expect from a Rs 3k phone! Both SIMs (standard size) works , SD card too. Net connectivity , Wifi nothing to complain.
Clearly it is a budget phone, don't expect much , build quality (plastic ) is just OK , don't expect this phone to last longer ! But anyway , who keeps the same phone for more than 2 years !
Those who want a full functional Windows phone at such an affordable (or should I say, throw away price) go for it. It is worth every penny.

Nice phone for the price paid, much better than similarly priced Android phones. Phone is quite light in weight and very comfortable to hold. Being a Windows phone , there are no lags , no hangs , no reboots , nothing , phone works flawlessly . To my surprise , phone came with screen protector fitted and one more spare in the box. Connectivity (calling, Wi-fi etc), call quality is satisfactory. Battery life much better than the competition.However being a low priced phone , there are some short comings:1> Screen is not bright enough2> Touch is a bit sluggish.3> FM not working as expected4> Camera is just average5> Build quality (plastic) is averageThose who are on budget or want to try Windows OS or want a backup phone , this is perhaps the best one could find. But again given the limitations and the price paid for, don't expect this phone to work for years, this is good enough of 1-2 years , anyway , who now-a-days keeps the same handset for more than 3 years?Honestly, I am happy with this purchase , I am using it since last 15 days , not a single failure , this is remarkable, in contrast with many pricy phone ( costing more than Rs 15K) . Good job 'Karbonn' and Amazon (for bring it to us)Hope this helps. Thanks for looking.

I didn't expect this phone with only 512 MB of RAM speed is super fast there is no lags in opening any system app. Some lag is present when opening some third party app. Compared to android there are less number of quality app are there. Front camera is worst camera ever. And back camera is not good as 2 MP selfie camera of other phone. Build quality is average neither good or bad. It's decent fit the price. Display we can see pixels easily and viewing angle is not great color getting distracted in all the angles. It run really big games like asphalt 8 and nfs without lag but takes time to opening the app. Overall decent pice of tech by karbonn and Windows.

so i'm writing after 2week of getting this phone , this phone awesome in this price range ! must buy if ur looking for windows phone in 3k price range(i bought this phone for 3,049 RS from amazon) , can't really complain about any thing in this price range seriously haven't faced a single problem so far. Surely could have used for ram and rom , but then again its 3k!!!! and frankly u won't notice a big difference since it runs in windows . Unless ur a mobile game junkie . If u r i suggest u buy another phone .
