This is a good product for its price. You wont find many 1GB ram tablets at this price range and the tab performs quite well. But after installing a lot of apps and games, tab experiences some lags often due to the lower processing power it has.This is not a dual core tablet and the clockspeed of the CPU is just 1 Ghz. Games and all ran well,but the viewing angles are terrible ,so you wont be able to play games like Temple Run since tilting fades the screen completely. Battery backup is average. After about two months usage, the tablet showed a problem. It automatically restarts itself. Initially it was once in a while. But soon the frequency increased. Since there is an iBall authorised service centre in Thrissur, Kerala, I gave it there on 1-9-2014. They said there is problem with the motherboard of the tablet. They also stated that the model is outdated and hence chance of getting a substitute motherboard is remote. If motherboard is not available, then that tablet would be replaced.But till date, I have visited the service centre of iBall 9 times till date (6-12-2014). But every time they told me some excuse. In between, once they return the tablet saying it was repaired. I switched on the tablet at the Service Centre itself and found that the problem repeats. They tried to cheat me saying it was repaired. It was evident that they did not change the motherboard. It may be noted they had told me that motherboard has to be changed and if motherboard is not available, they would replace the tablet.Then they took it back and gave me another receipt for the tablet saying it was received for repair. I seriously doubt that they trying to create a record to prove that I have submitted the tablet on 1st September 2014 and it was repaired and returned to me and now I have again gave it for another repair. I smell something fishy. Though I submitted my complaint to iBall through the 'Contact' link on their website, there was no response till date. In between I contacted Amazon regarding the matter as the order for the tablet was 'Amazon fulfilled'. Their response was very quick. They asked me to get a 'Dead on arrival' certificate from the manufacturer. But I was hearing about this kind of a certificate for the first time. I went to iball Service Centre and asked for the certificate. They contacted their regional office at Kochi and then handed over the phone to me. The person at the other end told me that due to certain issues there was delay in replacing the tablet but by next week, they would surely replace it. Then I demanded a written assurance that it will be replaced by 27-11-2014. Finally, on 6-12-2014, they replaced the tablet with another model. It was an extremely bad experience for me and that too coming from a well known India company. They still have to learn lot about customer service from other foreign players in market. Such a kind of experience would only serve to create a very bad image about the company and spread it among potential customers. I do not wish to give even one star rating for this product. But since that is the minimum that can be given, I give one star.

It is better than other brands available in this price point..POSITIVES:-1. decent display, good resolution..looks better than HCL me 2g v2 tab2. very good multitasking, Thanks to 1gb ram.3. First of all Service of Amazon is amazing. Delivery with in two days. Its was seal pack new unit.I ball 6318i is a average tablet. Battery takes 5 hours for charging and works for 02 hours only. screen is little dull.product quality is cheap. low weight is good.slim size is good. function , processor, ram almost good. irish game not works, angry bird works fine.Price is almost good.I purchased this for my kid. almost ok, but i found ubislate tablet is working more good than it .average to buy.

i am just giving 4 for its viewing angle and battery life though they said it is 4000 mAh battery but it is not lithium polymer it's lithium ion so battery is not that good.But i want a tab within a range 5000-6000 and this tab is good enough at a price 4599 the amazon delivery is good and also their packaging quality is awesome. the sound quality of this tab is good but not to loud you have to plug in a headphone in case you are listening music or watching a movie but at a price of less than 5k this tab is very good.
