All of the other reviews are true and well off. I need not mention those but I will mention that this laptop has a graphics card which is not available at the AMD website and thus no proper graphics drivers available. And also only windows 10 is properly supported and the 8 & 8.1 aren't 7 is supported but all drivers not available. So better to buy a laptop with the original windows which has everything preloaded. With DOS you have to install the OS plus many of the system software and utilities which are already available and preloaded in a laptop with windows.

It has all the specs required by an engineer because:1. The matte display is damn cool since that let's you study for hours without damaging your eyes.2. The texture on its top is also attractive.3. As compared to any other laptop online this one has the best specs and latest hardware at this rate.4. I have been using it since 2-3 months and its working perfectly.5. The only thing is that it came with a DOS, but anyways that won't matter since you can separately purchase the OS as per your custom need.6. The battery life is very long and goes upto 7 hours at normal use.7. The front camera has a good resolution unlike other laptops which compromise in the cameras for better hardware.

About the service: Great. The delivery is done before the scheduled time. I am happy for it but it was without any previous intimation. About Lappy, it's great. Speed is awesome. Speakers are average but i had already expected that. Picture quality is good. The only thing is that we have install any other Operating System as it comes with Dos 2.0 if you had already bought any windows os or thought of using any free os then go for this laptop.
