Flipcart delivery was good. I got it in 3 days. The speakers are ok. I tried edifier over creative, altec and sony. Chose a new brand just after seeing the company profile and the product spec.
I already have a creative 2.1 at half of edifier price. only + with edifier is the magnetically shielded speakers and better look than creative. You can get similar creative/altec speakers in a bit lesser price. sound distorts after 50% bass.

Edifier M1386 is better than this.additional 2W for woofer in this.sound is impressive .I bought it for Rs.2500 in my town.better to go for it.The performance is better than creative T3130....................

....
now..the voice of these speakers is really really bad ...its really very muddy ...plz dont go on its looks .
there are many more good and far better brands are availeble in market more cheaper and far more better sound quality ....
its a complete waste of money.
Comparison between Creative sbs a335 and edifier m1385

I bought this from paytm (800rs cashback...:D). My friend has creative sbs a335 2.1 speakers, so this review will be a comparison of these two speakers (I know a335 costs few hundreds less, but still....).
First of all the clarity of the edifier speakers are, I dare say, better than creative. I tried all types of music and according to me, I think creative has got room to improve. But where the creative speakers scores high, is in the bass section. Its under firing woofers are excellent. The woofers of edifier are good, but nowhere near the creative ones.
I know the reviews here are completely confusing. But I gathered some courage and went ahead and ordered it, and I DONT REGRET MY DECISION A BIT.
For a casual music listener, the edifier speakers are a good buy, considering its excellent clarity and good bass. But a person who listens to big bass music mostly I would recommend creative sbs a335.
Strictly PC Speakers

I've been after a set of Edifier Speakers for the longest time. Finally took the plunge with these speakers when I saw the inbuilt radio function. Plus the price was neither here nor there - if good then value for money and if bad then ~2K will not pinch very much.
The quality and performance of these speakers is very good. Ideal for use in a small to medium sized room connected to a laptop or PC. Bass and output is good for what its intended purpose. It will distort at higher volumes but then if you want to blast music at high volumes then you would go for higher end speakers anyway.
My one grouse is the mute button. When I enable mute mode, it does not kill the sound completely - some muted sound is still audible from one of the speakers. Whether this is specific to my unit of a general issue I don't know.
All in all, good entry level PC speakers and a fair price to pay for Edifiers. If you want good sound output, I would highly recommend the Edifier C3.
On the side note, the experience of buying from Flipkart continues to impress me. I only wish they had the option of no questions asked returns policy like Amazon.

It's amazing for djent,classical guitar,piano solos, symphonies. The speakers look good and aren't too big, preserving the asthetic sense of a normal mid sized desktop 2.1 system. Dial looks great and so far no connection complains! The only down side is that the transformer is housed within the bass block so it heats the centre speaker sometimes.

Satellite speakers r really very good they give crystal clear sound of vocals and...coming to the woofer its petty small but manages to give good output..
