Once the product stopped working and Dr. Morepan replaced it in warranty. works good now. it took some time to get through thier customer care but in the end they picked up the faulty product from home and delivered a replacement after some days. Flipkart service was good.
Good Product for checking BP but pulse measurement is useless.

It is a nice product to measure your BP at home and yourself without needing anyone.
Totally automatic and measures your BP with just a button press and it can store data for 4 people.
But the issues in the products are:
1. The power button is not that sensitive sometimes you have to press it twice to switch it on.
2.The pulse measurement is useless it is never or even close to measurements before so dont ever go by the pulse readings as they vary a lot, even it shows irregular pulse think that you might need a pacemaker :D

Today I have received the product. But when I check this, I have seen that the result indicator is not working in the BPmonitor.

the pressure reading are off for more obese people
fatter the arms, less accuracy (30-50pts off )
power batteries needed replacement in @ 50-60 readings
other wise , it is still working well.

had my grany visiting...we already had one of these and she used it almost every second day...she had been asking for a new personal one almost a week before she was leaving for her hometown and I couldn't get one for her...she left for Calcutta from Delhi and I regretted. Then I ordered one online and within 72 hrs I got a call from her thanking me. It felt great. Again delivery before ETA.
And guess what...cheaper than the one I bought from the marketfor my home...
Pretty accurate machine..very easy to use and understand. easy to store and no manual labor needed.. Anybody and everybody can use it...
