Decided to buy this after looking at many other shavers in this price range, and I'm satisfied with my purchase. Have used it a dozen times until now. Carried this in my hand baggage and used it on a long flight to California. Quick and easy to use, small and handy to carry and gives a fairly close shave (don't expect a blade shaven face, but its close). Foil and blade can be washed easily after removing the top housing. You can also put the top under running water for cleaning, but the cleaning is better done with the top removed. There is a handy little brush in the bottom to clean up (with or without water). On/Off switch locks when the top is closed. Uses two AA batteries expected to run for 60 minutes (about 12 - 15 shaves)A great travel shaver for someone like me who's beard grows real fast ;)

Cons:Don't expect to get perfect shave like a razor shave. Nevertheless you get a descent shave.Don't expect to get a quick shave. You may have to move the shaver over and over sometimes to get a clean shave. It may take sometime to overcome the hurdle.The underjaw and the neck area near Adam's apple are the most difficult areas to get shaved. Perhaps it will take time to handle it.Pros:No nicks and cuts.Can be used for both wet and dry beard.Pencil battery operated. These batteries are are readily available.Portable and easy to carry.Easily fits in hand and pocket.Aesthetically designed.Priced moderately. It costed me 1257 INR.Made by a leading electric shaver company from Germany.Tip: During the entire course of a shave, clean the blades at least 2 to 3 time with the little brush provided to get a quicker shave.
Perfect for a smooth shave on the go or at home

the only thing buyer should be aware of..it just wont work if you have hair longer than 3 mm... it just doesnt enter the foil to get cut.realised it is just a shaver and not a trimmer... so first use trimmer and then this shaver to get perfect shave if you forget to do shave for 4 days or more.
This is a good shaver for travelers

This is a good shaver for travelers, uses 2 batteries that you can find anywhere, no worries about carrying the charging cable or finding a power socket in some remote location. However, it cannot substitute the close cut shaving provided by more expensive Braun shavers for everyday use. The quality shaving provided is sufficient for use while travelling.

This is probably the worst product I have bought on Amazon. A shaver made by a reputed brand for a low price; I thought I had made a great deal.The product basically does not work at all. Plus to my dismay, I found out after my first use that this is not returnable.Amazon should ensure that they don't become dumping ground for failed products.
Waste of money

I took proper care of product and always put the cover on, while storing, however within 3 months of use the foil started to wear and was unusable.
Prior to this I used Panasonic electric shaver.Foil of same lasted for more than 2 yrs(it was subjected to lots of traveling and rough use)
Calling Braun service partner was also of no help.As per them foil is not covered in warranty and they were not sure regarding availability of new foil.
I would request flipkart to make available the foil of such products online.At least after spending few more bucks we can use the product.

when i ordered this i got within two days
for first time it didnt pick a single hair but machine ijust runs...
THANKS TO FLIPKART WHEN I COMPLAIN THIS THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED
in second piece worked well as i read in reviews it worked difficult in angled place but it worked...but it didnt continue after 4 to 5 shaves( after a month) it did the same what the first piece do.....(nly vibrtes but wont pick as single hair)

shaving experience is not at all satisfactory. also expensive as you have to replace the battery. there is no inbuilt rechargeable battery.
