I purchased this product and and got withing 2 days.I do not have idea how they descide their shipping, but I called them regarding the item cancellation process query and soon after my call within 10 mins, the order status changed to product dispatched. So you can not cancell only can go for return in that case.First time use : I got some overhit problems as the trimming is very power fulla and I did not use the adjustable flips.Went for 0 trimming. I observed if you are going for continous use for 10 mins it hits up. So give some rest in 2-3 mins which is a good practise for all trimmer use.Apart from this the product is pretty good and blades are sharp . If some one is looking for basic trimmer its the good one.As battery life is fantastic. I have charged once and it goes for more than a week for regular 5-6 mins trimming.

I received a refurbished product from Amazon when I had ordered a NEW product . I have already returned the product and received the cheque for the same but yet it was unnecessary inconvenience to me . I ordered it through amazon site with Croma retail being the seller but recieved a bill from some "infinity " at Bhiwandi . The products seal was not original and the attachments had some lubricants and stuff applied to it . My Advice : waste 200 more but go and buy the same product from a mall or something .

Nose prick does not come with this model or not packed that I don't know. Disappointed. Kindly clarify before purchasing this model. Packing is ok. Delivered with in time specified. Overall the product is good since I didn't get nose prick. I am little dissappointed. Some misunderstanding.hence rating is 3 star.

I bought this after one of my trimmers from another brand got blunt after a few months of use. The good: I like the fact that its waterproof and that a nice carrying bag has been provided with it which was definitely useful during my trip. Its also really ergonomic and comfortable to hold, but thats about all the good stuff. The bad: The trimmer will come with a white lubricant which easily washes away and no replacement is provided with the trimmer. After a few weeks of use, it becomes really loud and a nuisance to use. Also, the adapter for a close cut is really small making it a pain to use as it takes a really long time to get rid of all the hair. I really don't like spending a lot of time just going over a particular area as the adapter was too small while the trimmer sounds like a jet engine near my ear. Overall, I would not recommend it. PS- Something needs to be said about their support too! The trimmer comes with an option for an extended warranty but since the model is outdated, there is no option to use this and Philips support staff does not know about this model either!

The ad was catchy.when compared to the 4in1, the price difference from other dealers for the 5in1 is bit lower than Flip kart but thought the product genuinity would be great if purchased through Flip kart. The worst part happened after placing the order.The previous delivery was good but for this one,believe me friends it took 10 days,where in I had no choice other than calling Flip kart customer care several times The support was really horrible as the persons to whom so ever I spoke ,were repeating the same thing what I saw on the order/tracking details and no one was knowing what is really happening I was forced to cancel the order but someone from Flip-kart had called in me and assured that it would be delivered the next day though actual delivery date(11th Jan) went passed. Finally got the product but surprisingly when opened there was no Flip kart invoice or bill nor the Philips support center details.I had make another call and had to yell at them for the same where in nobody bothered. This product is a piece for waste of money as 1.the noise is very loud. 2.the attachment that comes with are difficult to attach 3.no user guide/manual 4.charge doesn't even stands more than 20 mins(slows down after 20 mins) though we charge it for more than 10 hrs as mentioned 5.No indicator for charge level. 6.Worst experience with support both Philips and flip-kart This is a perfect piece of horror Will never going to buy online as the ad is very catchy then what the deliver.

Bought this as I needed a trimmer for everyday use. Did not want to risk getting electrocuted or cut with a cheap chinese one so decided to spend a little more and get Philips. PROS: The product is water-proof and have had no problems using it so far. Cleaning it is a breeze and I clean the inside of the trimmer head once a week. The blade seems of a good quality and does not cause any skin irritation. The blades also have shown no signs of rusting so far. So quality is good. Build quality of the whole trimmer is quite nice with the switch also feeling solid. Feels good to hold. Charging it is easy. A 10 hour overnight charge is enough for a good 45 minute use (enough for a week for me). CONS: No battery level indicator. I miss knowing how much battery is left and if I am over-charging the battery while recharging it. The insides of the spindle area seem to be made of plastic. Good for saving weight and cost. But reliability? Fingers crossed. Have only used 2-3 attachments so far. The others are seldom needed unless you have a full and thick beard. Cannot be expected to be give you a clean shave like a razor. So dont expect it to work as a shaver. It is a trimmer and is good at that. A very brief instruction manual leaves first-time users like me wondering as to which attachment does what. Overall it gets a big thumbs-up from me. Good Value-for-money product.
