I was expecting it to be much better. But it toasts one side of the bread more than the other. So the toasting is always uneven. I hoped that a product of this price and brand name would be better. Build quality and all is fine. Just the toasting is not as good as was expected.

The toaster works fine till u have to toast one or two breads. It fails when bread is put continuously into the machine. Subsequent toasts are burnt.

Product quality is good and toasting is good. It can toast 4 bread slices at a time. However I feel it takes a long time/ not fast compared to other toasters when we used with just 2 bread slices ( less than full capacity of 4 slices). As usual, service from Flipkart was excellent.

Russell Hobbs is a premium brand and it is totally reflected in this premium toaster. The top stainless steel looks amazing. Also, the build quality is pretty good.
The toaster slots are wide and long enough to easily accommodate 4 slices of various sizes. The body feels premium and is cool touch.
That thing on the top is actually a removable tray for warming buns. You can use it to warm almost anything.
Overall a great purchase at this price.

I dont care what the reviews below say. The product is amazing for the price it is for and looks very elegant. Suits my modular kitchen. Amazing quality toast and the reheat also works fantastic. A must buy.

Product description says cool touch, but no such title on the box of russel hobbs appliance.Photo does not display the top.Just on test trial by switching on for 1- 2 minutes,the whole top is stainless steel which becomes damn hot and is a burn risk threat and i did hurt my finger on touching it for a second.Both width sides also heat up.AMAZON HOWEVER HAS BEEN GREAT IN IMMEDIATELY ARRANGING PICK UP AND INITIATING REFUND.THAT ONE STAR ALSO IS FOR AMAZON ONLY.
