The picture quality is one of the best that one can get. OLED screen provides the perfect contrasts with true blacks. Refresh rate of 120 Hz gets rid of ghost images and image trails in fast moving action.
The screen is quite reflective hence while watching in the daylight, the reflections of surrounding in the TV screen can be annoying.
The TV has decent sound, the dialogues can be heard quite well. The sub-woofer delivers ok enough bass (can't substitute for a home theatre of course).
TV remote is good and has good integration with commonly available DTH service providers but the downside is that not all the DTH remote functions aren't available on the TV remote. Also, the behaviour of TV remote while operating the STB is slightly irritating. Keeping the buttons pressed results in single click behaviour and not continuous clicks. Which means that if you have to scroll down a list of channels on STB, you need to keep clicking instead of just keeping the button pressed.
TV guide is good and delivers rich content.
The 'Discover' feature isn't intelligent enough, it keeps giving recommendations of irrelevant content to me.

Worst Service, Worst Product Quality LED's and Worst Repair Nightmares

Hello Velan,Thanks for your email. First of all, the LED TV was never given for any other source other than Sony authorized service centers. So make sure your authorized service centers are really good and provide quality service before they deliver.No person in this world will be able to make a repair worth of 90K in this current era.Please make sure you built your led's properly next time.My Next Option is to create a awareness campaign regarding your service and your repair estimations and the quality of the sony products (mainly the LED TV's) world wide through all the channels.Every alternative year if we have to bear the led panel's repairs is really not worthy looking for Sony brand and shows the quality of the products you are building and also the cost at which you people are charging for repairs.Anyways, Thanks for your time for inspecting that piece of marvel from Sony. OLED gives you the illusion of life like pictures and make every penny you spend on this worth it, regardless of the high price. I must admit I was more bowled by its unique form and overall design which made me cave into the temptation. The bonus - well I do not need another sound bar, you’ve to listen to this to believe, unbelievable clarity of sound and decent enough bass for support.
