Good stuff considering the priceNice tab.....look is georgeous....battery backup is also good....can run high memory games easily....sccreen resolution is bad.......just screen touch is sometimes problematic....overall a perfect machine to use.bad camera, bad sound, bad display, need to improve 3G/CAMERA.

Hi friends,I am Ashutosh a graduate engineer, I bought HCL ME V3 tab during my 3rd year with the aim of doing research and project work. Before purchasing I reviewed many tabs but at last I choose HCL for my purpose.The reason being that it supports sim card and hence both the purpose of voice calling and internet browsing can be solved with a single device. It also eliminates the other net connectivity like dongle or data card although these are too supported in it. Some of its worth seing features are- Operating System(Android 4.1Jelly Bean)- It is the fastest and most responsive operating system. It has many special features like voice search, predictive keyboard. It is equipped with many smart applications and 1 mobile app. store Apps. can be upgraded easily and we can also download apps. of our own choice. Display (7 inch multi touch capacitive screen) - It is highly sensitive to human touch. It is nice and screen is perfectly flat. Multi touch features provides the users with some special functions like zoom in ,zoom out etc. which require more than one touch on a screen at the same time. Processor (Cortex A9 ) - Cortex A9 processor has exceptional capabilities and uses considerably less power for its operation thus increasing battery life. Due to low power consumption heat generation is also very low and hence device does not overheat. RAM(1GB DDR3 RAM) - The main advantage of DDR3 ram is its higher bandwidth therefore it offers data transfer rates upto 1600 Mbps. 1GB ram is sufficient for tab and you can play games like subway surfer,candy crusher etc on tab without hanging. Storage- Built in 4 GB flash memory, supports micro sd card of max. capacity 32GB. Camera - There is both rare and front camera. Front camera is of 0.3Mp and rare camera is of 3.2 Mp. The pics. taken are clear and its clearity is more pronounced in rich source of light.There is no flash in it. Power source (Li-polymer battery 3000mAh) - Battery has large charge carrying capacity.It can be used continuously for 18 hrs after full charging, it does not heats up during charging. Drawback - One of the drawback that I personally feel in it is the absence of flash, because of it becomes difficult to capture pictures during night. Conclusion- Overall the device is very good having many salient features in an affordable price. I bought the tablet more than a year ago, with the expectation that it might fulfill my purpose,but today I can assure you that it has performed beyond my expectations. I can connect my tablet to a standard computer keyboard and can even connect to a printer with the help of micro USB port.
