Dear Support,This product I have been received but it is faulty seen. This mean not working properly and noise at the time of switch ON for shaving but not proper Shaving while battery are full charged. Please replace it with new one and help in this matter I have already old one purchased of this model 2 year back which is satisfactory but new one is faulty from day one.

this is a good product at this price range(bought at 350 rs). some people do not know how to use it. u can find ways on website by search. initially it took 15 minutes to shave. next time done it in 7 minutes.
