I had bought this through one of the agent of Tupperware. At that time this product was sold at MRP of Rs. 2500. I was told that this product is long lasting and works well. Though at this price one can get a good Mixer Grinder I thought I should give it a try. For 6 months it was fine then the real problems started. I am stating my problem in points:1) The string started to loose and it doesn't get rolled back automatically2) While washing water gets accumulated in the upper side of the chopper which again becomes a hassle to clean daily. I would prefer washing the chopper daily3) The blades are good but when you ground almonds more than quarter filled jar it starts faltering4) Then one fine day the spring came out which holds the string and the backbone of this product.5) MUST say the last thing you can think of Poor After sales service though it was mentioned to me that the product is guaranteed for lifetime but when I called the customer service centre how much time do they think that it will take to get it repaired was hilarious. They told me that since the manufacturing plant is not located nearby so I will have to wait for 2-3 months to get it repaired. The process told to me was that once they collect a substantial amount of defected pieces then these pieces are collectively sent for repair. And this substantial number of damaged pieces I don't know who decides.So my take is at this price and the quality of service being offered I would not suggest to by this product at all.

I would suggest this product to all working women, which actually helps to reduce your chopping time when need to cut 4 to 5 onion. If try to chop 1 or 2 onion then the same time will be required as the manual cutting. As the amount of time required to wash the chopper would be the extra time to expend. It really worth who need fine chopping of onions.

At first when I received this product it was little disappointing as it was small as compared to the image. However all were my doubts were put to rest soon as I started using this product. It is a boon to have this chopper, you can chop even carrots so finely within seconds with just 3-4 pulls. carrot+capsicum+green chillies+salt +coriander leaves + eggs = tasty and yummy Chinese omelette in less than few minutes, same with yummy salads and chutneys. Finally I have discovered a super fast way of making healthy and tasty food!! would recommend this product to anyone who has the passion of getting creative and providing fresh and healthy food to the family each time.
