Samsung Microwave does what it promises. Simple to use and many auto-cook options to try out. Word of caution on the "Free starter kit". The free gift seemed to used / defective one with lot of scratches all over. one of the container got burnt the first time I used it. Samsung Microwave = 5/5 Starter Kit = 0/5

Hello Flipkarters , This is a good machine except one thing which i noted recently that if you bake a cake using oven only then it gets hot and shuts itself down to cool itself and i was told by the support of Samsung that cake baking should be performed with combination of microwave and oven. It does't make sense because microwave cannot be used for baking cake, it has to be oven. however , i would still say that it is real strong and works pretty well. I am using it for the past one year and there is no problem except the one which i mentioned above. which is really not a problem but little annoying that i have to wait for few min to let it start again. Samsung is always great . Flip-kart shipped it within the said time and a tech. from Samsung called me to get it installed . hala luia hal·le·lu·jah

jst got this product delivered day bfr yesterday,much earlier than the expected date which was very good ,not only tat very day d prod delivered the demo prsn also contacted ...in all great service care really impressed earlier also i got items from flipkart ...great service keep it up ...the product is good and very easy to handle and consume less power than d rest of microovens ,,features of pre cook menus are great indian hahaha....liked it ...really a very useful nd good quality product of daily use in a affordable price ...
