VERY HIGH Yearly Maintenance Cost

Using it from last 10 months paid around INR 6000 for GKK1 and GKK2.Yearly maintenance is very costy(approx 8000 per year if lucky that electrical breakdown does not happen).I year warranty is not useful as it does not cover even GKK installations, PureIt charges Rs250 for installation even if filter is in warranty.No annual maintenance scheme.Makes too much noise .tof ilter 10 litres of water runs more than 12 hours and wastes a lot of water and electricity . Indicators are not so ggod in terms of giving indications in advance .Regretting now after 10 months why i did puchased this filter.

The product got delivered on 23 April 2018. I call Pureit helpline the same day night and installation was arranged the very next day (24 April 2018) in Bangalore by Pureit. So that's great from Pureit. The technician installed the product and after a few hours. The product stated dripping water from right hand side bottom screw. I contacted technician again and he said he would come and fix it by tomorrow. Now I am concerned as I have seen reviews on leakage. See the video. What the hell is Amazon shipping to customers by giving discount? and what is Amazon fulfilled seller Cloudtail shipping. If the issue is not sorted by the technician tomorrow..then this piece of equipment is JUNK...Will update the review by tomorrow if there's no improvement... and return this product.Update: this is a defective piece confirmed by Pureit technician.I returned this product. Ordered a replacement which I got as an opened box. Not even taped at the bottom. Guys. These Amazon and Cloudtail guys are just playing with trust. I am just going to return this and close the deal.

Unknown hidden costs , For a minor change of SF there is a charge of freaking 400 i.e literally dipping a piece of sf into water . the only reason you can't do it is because they have a reset button which works based on a timer and not a sensor . So they have to come and change it . If you think this product doesn't come with maintenance you are wrong . The SF set costs like 1500+ thats like1500 + 400 +400 a year + GKK1 + GKK2 costs which is nuts because i hardly use it . Other purifies don't cost so much for after sales service . This is basically a money minting machine for PureIt . Worst purifier

Also there r a few electrical parts that need replacement every 5 months. Price ranged atleast 1.5k. I m in blore and really frustrated bcoz the filter runs for 24hrs still the storage do not fill. Hope u would u'stand the pain and think b4 purchasing this one.
