Bought two product (flipkart/amazon) - both are short lived. Problem is their warranty not supporting any of the defects we face after some time. Please go to nearest dealer if you want to buy wet grinder. This is not online purchasable product for quality and service reason

This product shows 5 years warranty and in real it covers only 2 years. I have complained about it to Amazon team but it's shows 5 years warranty.This is the best services by our Amazon team. Just go through the pics I have attached.
I had trouble with it for more than six months ...

I had trouble with it for more than six months because the stones were rotating along with the container. Someone had to hold that strongly until the grinding was over. After complaint, the central rod was replaced under warranty. It was a manufacturing defect but not acknowledged. Now, the product is a bit okay after repairs. The roughness of the stones have gone and it takes a lot of time.
