Works great. The mesh that holds the food is rather thin and will bend if gripped with tongs. Best to use the provided attachment but removing the mesh using it can also be a delicate operation. Other than the issues with the mesh, absolutely loved the device.

Using Since 8 months. The removable try is very poor. Removing and inserting into the main part is very difficult. Philips is much much better product. Moreover, u just cannot compare food prepared here with deep fried. U have to compromise with taste. Very simple mechanism. If u have a good microwave, it serves all the purpose. Not a successful invention.

recently whatever i'm buying of prestige except pressure cooker, is acting up... this item just cant COOK... it makes the food dry & hard but remains RAW/UNCOOKED... simple french fries it couldnt cook even after 30mins... chicken retains all the water inside, gives a weird feelings while eating, the bones remained uncooked... veg cutlets became white & dry while raw inside... after 3failed items i gave up & returned item. tnx fk for cooperation as always!!!
