it takes hell lot of time to make rotis on this. Wait i know u may think its 30sec...which is somewhat true but to reach that stage it takes more that 20 odd minutes to preheat and 30 min for ur practice session. n in the photo it shows to l'il green n read light but u will find any thing similar. I would rather prefer conventional tawa over this "Picasso"

First of all it was not a Picasso roti maker it was duplicate local brand. I placed request for replacement with exception of receiving original brand. But no one came and number of courier guy that was given to me was not a valid number. Really disappointing. Now customer is also denying to give refund or replacement.

I bought this item on flipkart for Rs 1699 and I got second hand item. When I opened the package the roti maker was looking so old and I found flour on it's surface. The screws were full of fungus and dust. Most of the buyers return roti makers because they are unable to use it and so flipkart seems to be re-selling used roti makers. Dont purchase on flipkart.

One of the worst experience with Flipkart and the seller both. Ordered a company's roti maker, and received like a local roti maker. First time got replaced and received same kind of local roti maker. Nowhere on product you can find a company name. Then admitted complain to Flipkart, then Flipkart told might whole batch of product would be without a company label. 'So strange', I had to tell Flipkart than give me a written mail that if this product doesn't accepted by Picasso comonay then even after a month, Flipkart will give me full return. Then FK took return request.
