not worth it if you want performance

I bought this just because of the form factor. I didnt want something sticking out of my devices as other adapters do.
However it keep dropping the connection and though it shows that it connects at 120 Mbps in Wireless N mode it is slower than my existing wireless G adapter. If it held the connection i would be happy but that keep dropping and does not have a very good range. This must be because of the size and the lack of good antennas.
I would not suggest buying it. Its bigger brother may do a better job.
Tiny form factor, works perfectly well

Who uses 3rd party wifi adapters anymore? Grandparents? You know, to go with their stone age laptops with no inbuilt wifi adapters. Right? Wrong!
Actually, this is the perfect companion to your non-wifi device. I use it on my Raspberry Pi. It is so small that it fits right in with the IR receiver of a wireless mouse and a Sandisk Cruzer Fit pen drive. It is a low power device which means you can use it on a USB hub without external power.
Others have commented on the actual throughput speeds being less than optimal - I didn't see a difference. Besides, if you are using it to access the internet, it really wouldn't matter if it were a little slower since it is definitely more than capable of handling that puny 8Mbps connection. Go for it for the small form factor and low power consumption. You wont regret it, I know I don't.
Oh, and it works right out of the box with a Raspberry Pi. No tinkering required.
For RaspberryPI it does not work as expected with XMBC

I bought this from flipkart in March 2013 and was using Airtel broadband of 4 mbps. The adapter gave a decent performance and I used to get throughput of 3-4 mbpos. There were frequent disconnections and weak signal issue that I faced intermittently but ignored them as I had a laptop and most of the time I worked in that without issue. Recently I upgraded my connection to 8GB and never got the performance of that speed. When the engineer checked, he pointed out issue with adapter not supporting that bandwidth. I confirmed this with my laptop and also connected cable to my desktop. At both occasion i was getting a throughput of 8-10mb. The moment I connect through this adapter, the speed drops to 3 mbps.
Overall, buy this if you are using a 2 mpbs or similar connection. For higher bandwidth, its not the right choice.
Little wonder

I ordered this item on the 20th of December and I got this delivered by 22nd. Thank you flipkart for the speedy delivery.
This is a good product with a nice form factor. My use case was to use this for sharing my internet connected via airtel 4G LTE. It performed good in both ad-hoc and infrastructure modes. Windows 7 did not have drivers for this and i had to use the cd provided by netgear. I have not stressed on the range but wa able to get good signal for about 10ft. This is most economical and hassle free way for providing desktops wireless connectivity.
Better for browsing only ,not for HD streaming videos .

the product was good as expected , but delivery was late , after using amazon fullfilled services also, the product was good, pros: we can use for browsing ,we can use for desktop and as well as laptop ,i'm using for belkin wireless router N150 , the cons : not recommended for video lovers , this device can't stream HD videos properly ,lags a lot sometimes , while watching youtube or any online streaming videos , so for HD videos , buy HD streaming capable Wifi adapters .

well the product you get isnt as described as the picture shows, instead they give you a slightly updated version (with WPS support)Unfortunately for me I was looking to use it for my mac and the one in the picture supports mac OS but the one they send you only supports windows OS
Nice, not Great but still Decent

Range is too good.. But gets disconnected during long downloads. Which is little annoying. Imagine keeping your PC ON for 8 hrs. and you found out that it got disconnected after 2 hrs.Seriously, Not made for long operational hours.. But still is best in class. Just keep checking while downloading.

Its been over a month and its working absolutely fine for me. Not sure on the extensive range but I wont be using for a WiFi placed in planet mars. Never had a signal issue. Easy to Install.

I am using it for a while now, it works perfectly if you have to work over wifi for 4-5 hours. but for extended hours it slows down, though it shows connected but speed becomes very slow, but after disconnecting from Computer for 1-2 minutes and reconnecting it, it works fine again.
