Carrier Esko/Ester and Midea Santis as very similar if not exactly same, look at it like Duster vs Terreno, Micro vs Pulse) > Different customer care lines, but chances are you will be handled by same customer care team, technician team You can take a calculated decision on this one. About company: first of all Midea is a 50 year old company which entered Indian market with a JV with Career brand. this supports the warranty by Career itself. About product: AC out door unit is huge as compared to other brands , and indoor unit has HD filters. Indoor unit is silent and doesn't make any noise ,cooling is perfect and very very fast. Outdoor unit makes noise which at times appear abnormal but may be because of loose fitting ( my assumption ). Free service brand provides free services as well within a year fitting and installation it was smooth as it was clear to me that I will have to pay them extra for stand and fitting. overall it's a 2018 model split ac with copper condenser which competes with other brand. you can buy this if you are looking for a good brand with economic price.
