Instead of Matangi I have received Eagle Brand Product, First One was little damage I return the same, and ask for replacement , then also I have received the product of the same brand, which cost less then what I have paid any how I kept the second one, Roti are hard to make in Roti Maker, It is use for harding the Roti to make it Khakra which is best with tea, the dosa made nice on this maker.

The problem with such type of roti makers is they dont focus on Quality & safety for the customer who will be using this product...it has heating issue and the while opening the cover the full body of roti maker was so warm that we cannot hold it while. We didnt even try to use it further.. as just after receiving we opened and check for the use as per instruction given in the leaflet... Not worth buying.....

I HAVE ORDERED MATANGI STAINLESS STEEL ROTI MAKER AND I FOUND THAT WAS A DAMAGED PRODUCT WHILE RECEIVING IT. SO THEY PICKED UP MY DAMAGED PRODUCT AND ASSURED THAT WE WILL PROVIDE A FRESH PRODUCT WITHIN COUPLE OF DAYS. MY PICKUP RECEIPT NUMBER IS 596118820386/FLIPKART (OD303508178206343100). STILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FRESH PRODUCT. I HAVE PAID RS.980.00/- FOR THIS PRODUCT.
