I had bought this product on 10th May 2016. In August 2017 I had a small issue with this product that had already served me very well for over 15 months. Without expecting much from the company (Lifelong Customer Care) I wrote them a little mail conveying my grievance. What transpired thereafter left me truly impressed: Within minutes of my emailing them, I received an acknowledgment and within hours a phone call from their representative....that followed a brief due diligence procedure and within days a complete resolution to my issue...I do own a couple of other Lifelong products already with which i have never had any issue and I hasten to say that I am a satisfied customer...but with the speed and professionalism with which they handled the LEK matter has won me over as a steady long term customer of LL...As for this product, I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants a reliable, safe, good quality electric kettle.

This is a fantastic product. After going through the multiple reviews had a mixed feeling. But finally gave a thought of buying (keeping the if not satisfied one can return policy in mind.) After 2 weeks I can say it's stylish..easy to use...heats up a litre of water to boiling point in 1 minute. Loved this product!! Thanks Amazon.
