This is my first android device and I had a thrill in using this device. Good job in making this masterpiece. Pros: Touch is great, nice looks, very fast and no lags, headphone provided is great, very nice display, clear and crisp Cons: Battery backup is poor, speaker not too loud, installed apps are not of great use, quite heavy (personal opinion) Overall: I am happy with the device and I think it is a great smartphone and people should really buy it rather than buying a high end smartphone like Samsung or some others which offer similar features for high prices. If you are on minimal budget 10k - 15k then go for this. If you are concerned about the brand and status then no one can stop you from opting for other brands.

I got this phone within hours of purchase, thanks to flipkart's in-a-day delivery. Now coming to the specs, the phone comes with 8MP primary and 5 MP secondary camera. The picture quality is not as good as it sound from the camera. Touch panel is awesome. But the gallery wasnt working. I had to download a separate gallery app from the playstore. Overall, its just an okay phone in the range. A much better option is Lava Iris Alpha L.
touch problem

Phone seems to be alright for few days and later started touch problem especially with touch key pad. When I try to type something its typing some other letters. Thanks to flipkart for accepting to return back.

it is really a very nice phone. i never thought that companies like lava can also make a good phone. but in this price the phone is just really awesome. also the camera is superb. both camera's are very nice, in terms of clarity, quality. the MIRA vision feature is also good. and i like the adaptive brightness feature of android 5.1 overall very good,
Worst Product

Worst Product, The phone is dead within six months of purchase and when we tried to contact the customer service center none of them are picking up the call for the past one month and later when we informed the same at the LAVA helpline they are just insisting us to contact the customer service center. when we approached a customer center (Srinivasa Enterprises) at Chennai they were very rude and we came back without giving them the mobile for service. Please do not buy any LAVA products its not even worth for gifting as a toy for the kids.

Plz do not buy lava products... Problem in battery and parts within few months of usage.Worst part is of service center. Service center owner in gurgaon , make you feel like an unwanted guest and they will make you repeatedly visit for same issue. Even company do not take any step against service center.
