Sad - the backcover is flimsy

Phone is above average ( I use it as a scondary phone / backup phone) - cant really compare to Samsung premium / apple - so no comparison "at all".But amongst the lower-rung segment - in case someone is interested: But within 3 months - its Wifi stopped working. Now I have to rely on its 3g only :(Tried reaching out to various vendors - for getting it corrected - but to no success.Sad - the backcover is flimsy.But in the cost - with a good camera - its kinda ok to be used as a backup phone - which you dont reply on heavily.

good battery bak up ( if u re nt a 3G freak), good gaming experience(if u re nt a hardcore gamer), excellent movie watching experience, its been more than a month m using this cell n hv no complaints watsoevr except few lacunae it has (wat more to expect at this price) 1. low camera quality specially still photos in dark or low lit places (video quality is better) 2. reception clarity is poor for calls ( i mean hearing smonez voice ovr dis cell)...well it mite happn cz previously i ws using blackberry which i think hs da best calling experience of all. well all in all...an excellent deal at this price...good processor, nice looks, free flip cover, nice battery, ok cam....dnt knw bout da aftersales services which i heard ws pathetic still took a chance looking at da specs...at dis price its da best deal and better dan da most famous branded costlier handsets.

Helloy Guys,I purchased this phone by looking at its high configuration in affordable cost, though phone size was big......I had very bad experience, with this model, some keys were not working on keypad, in some times phone goes on crazy mode and operates on its own.... doing hell things......I visited Karbonn Service Centre, they said you can get replacement letter for this phone, and with that I returned phone to Amazon.I would like to thank Amazon for deducting no charges and refunding me in full.!!! Excellent Service.!!!!I would like to request Karbonn Company to do basic testing of the product they delivering in market. It directly impacts your reputation and revenue..!!!

Worth for the money..Received the phone four days back, totally satisfied. Nice service by amazon. The phone is worthy and meets my expectations, both from performance and look point of view. This is a true challenger for any other high end mobile. Really amazing in its price band.A Faster, smooth, nice-looking and the best budget phone.Battery holds for two days without net and gaming, but lasts for 12 hours with continuous net and gaming. Browser speed is good enough. Camera, both front and rear are better. Video quality is fine.As a whole I can say that this a nice package and will meet everybody's expectations.
Karbonn not a customer friendly company

The battery is not good. Within three hours of charging 100%, it falls to 1% and stays as such for the next 30 hours. (Camera will not work during the 1% period). The moment it is put on recharge, the battery level goes to 99%.The camera is actually 12MP and not 13 MP as advertised and printed on the mobile. How can we believe the other details given by the company if they are giving such misleading advertisements.The customer service phone numbers vgiven are not accessible.

Dear Team,
I had bought this phone from you guys. There are 2 problem's, 1st the seal of the box which i received was broken & above that another seal was pasted, so i assume that this was a either opened/ used piece.
secondly since the time the phone is bought, the screen rotation is not working, the screen does not rotate sideways at all.
It seems there is some problem with the phone
just go with this phone if u hav 10k.(u wont regret)

definitely a great phone at this price (price varies around 9k to 15k).
i havn't bought this phone from flipkart but from amazon.(at rs11149),it has all the features which u sees in any 23k budget branded phone(like samsung,sony,htc etc).
ADVANTAGES-1>13mp front and 5 mp rear camera with flash(hd video recording)
2>5.5 inch massive screen having 720p
3>1 gb ram and 16gb(actually around 13gb) internal memory which is very rare.
4>2600mah powerful battery which suits this massive battery.
5>phone looks great (like branded phone,it is of very beaautiful white color white color)
6>it has gud internet speed(u can play all heavy android games without any problems).
DISADVANTAGES:-1>little bit low sound(speaker produce low sound)but average with earphone.
2>earphone is of average quality(sound and material both).but u can compromise with it.

Here's the Performance Report
Battery Backup : 7/10 (1.5 days on casual usage and 1 day on robust usage)
Performance : 9/10 (considering price band)
Gaming : 8/10 (Subway Surfers : No lag,super smooth) (Dead Trigger 2 : Super Smooth) (Asphalt 8 Airborne : Lags a bit .. Not so amusing to play on this device but you gotta try this .. this is free on play store 1.5 Gb Space req.)
Camera : 13 MP 7/10 (Burst Mode not so good as in HTC Clicks 17 pics in 5 secs, Low light photography is dissapointing, 3D photography is useless unless they bring in Optical Image Stabilization.. Panorama Mode is good.. Color Reproduction is awesome in sunlight and also good at flash .)
Speakers : 8/10 (Not so loud)
Screen : 9/10 5.5'' 720p (It Rawks !)
Connectivity : 8/10 (No NFC Sad also single sim 3G only dual sim 2G )
Bundle : Earphones are disastrous ! Flip Cover and additional back cover in bundle, USB Charger and Data Cable in bundle with Manual
Conclusion : This one is for phablet fans ! if you have 15.5k in your pocket dont hesitate to buy coz its a nice fone though but get a bigger pocket ready for it to fit that ..

Flipkart packaging and courier service 10/10
Got a free screen cover which is very useful.
After using for 2 months:
Battery 8/10
Bluetooth, Wifi, sensors etc. 8/10
Camera 8.5/10. Not iPhone quality but still really good. Beats some of the cameras sold on flipkart hand down, including the Nikon coolpix L28 that I purchased some months back. Low light photography is quite bad even with flash.
Look and feel 8/10
Screen response 9/10
I have not used any of the bundled software. No comments
Overall, very happy with the phone.
