Purchase summary: I bought this from flipkart for ?630.00 (?700 with 10% instant Cashback for SBI Card). About the quality; It has a very solid metallic build. It doesn't comes with any tag. I think it will survive for atleast 5 years. About the Performance: But the actual speed as follows using Teracopy WRITE SPEED: 3.09GB ISO in 6 minutes 6 seconds with an average of 7.9MBps READ SPEED: 3.09GB ISO in 1 minutes 33 seconds with an average of 34.0MBps I already have lot of pendrive all are are 2.0 with gives an read\write speed of less than 6~8MBps So i want to buy a super speed USB 3.0 pendrive expecting a Read\write speed of 30MBps. But this purchase went wrong. What I think: I think it has the same ROM of USB2.0 which is updated with USB3.0 interface. It one comes with 2 year warranty. Its assembled in Taiwan. Moreover I can see from the wrapper its manufactured by PNY Technologies with HP LOGO on that. I cannot see this product in any HP official website. Buying Suggestion. If somebody is looking forward to buy this one I would recommend to buy the "HP V-220 W 16GB" instead which is ?200 less and having the same build quality with USB2.0 Interface which gives almost the same write of 6MBps. before my friend bought it,the price of this product was comparatively very less. but now i dont know how the price soared up very much.. i have used the product and have found it very slow eventhough plugged into a usb 3.0 port. i found no difference between this and 2.0 pendrives.. better go for the sandisk usb 3.0 pendrive available in plastic..
