It's a Best printer with all in one functions scan fax copy and smoothy printing.
Not up to expectation, Only for A4 size

I have purchased this printer since my earlier Epson printer stopped working and the repairs charges would be heavy. I have decided to buy Laser printer with duplex and copier. This was the best available choice .
The speed of printing is OK. The print quality is also good. But the major problem I face is regarding odd size paper printing. The Invoice size is smaller than A4 paper and even If the paper size is customised, the printer stops after each single paper print and OK button is required to be pressed to continue the printing. This is very annoying.
There are two input trays . One Normal and other is called manual. Due to poor design, the manual tray can only accept 10 Papers.
Compared to my earlier Epson inkjet printer
Epson wins in speed, easy handling and odd size paper handling. This printer is also not suitable for envelopes printing or printing of cheques.
HP is better in quality of printing [ only ]
Epson was colour inkjet. This Hp is just black laser.
Overall, I feel that this model is not worth the price and only good for A4 size paper on small scale.
I am at a loss to understand why the FAX facility is given when 99.9% of office users do not use FAX. I did not require FAX in my office for last 10 years. This unnecessarily adds to price, size, weight and complexity of the printer.
But I could not find a duplex laser printer with copy function , but without FAX.
I would NOT recommend next buyer to buy this printer. Perhaps think of "Brother" or Canon if you do not want duplex.

Not worth the money.

Fast printer but not the best print quality. Even though i used the cartridge that came with the printer, the toner would still get on to the fingers once the printed paper was touched. Secondly whe printing there are black marks at regular intervals on the side of the page. For an expensive printer I expected better.
