Wow yess that was the expression i had when i first saw it it was looking very top notch shall we now digg into the details first packaging i was afraid at first cuz this is a heavy machine and had read earlier reviews of scanner glass cracks but its was near perfection not even a scratch pics below will prove it plus air bubble packets are nice from amazonLets get some points cleared up :-Positives1. Its a multi purpose printer scan print fax double scan and print as well2. The printer screen is the real gem its very responsive ,touch screen it has all the information u will ever need3. No software installrion required can work standalone4. It can print wireless plus it has its own E-mail ID yess u heard it right anywhere u are as long as the printer is connected to internet u can give commands to print from anywhere while throught the ID4. The print noise it way less than i expected5. I had download the software in my pc its very useful can self diagnose it and show all the printer info , printer cartiage levels and main is the scan image editor for varies sizes to format like pdf jpe or 200 p all the way to 600 p scan6. This printer is best suited for home use from u have to take out limited amounts of print with hassle free7. This is a home printer in budget. The quality of scan, print, copy and fax are good. Gets easily connected to wifi and one doesn't have to go through the hassle of downloading the printer software on their system.There is HP Smart app enables easy printing on the go from your android/apple device. The app also gives you a live status of the ink cartridges that come along with the printer. Quality of photo printing is not up to the mark though.One of the other cons is that the ink runs out too quickly- not more than 20 color prints (intensive) I guess.
