Delivery is so fast and I got it on the next day itself. One big problem is that the user manual for the device is not in the package. Moreover, installation of a new OS is a bit problematic, since the basic DOS is locked. So, one has to unlock it and then install the new OS.
Otherwise, the device is perfect with the latest 5th gen core i7 processor, 4gb ram, and a dedicated gpu from AMD. In an article, I read that the display is a bit lagging from other devices, but trust me, it is really good even for a wide angle view. looks compact, but a little bit heavy to carry. the touchpad is highly sensitive to operate.

Great Laptop

The Laptop is great. Got it for '46990/- . from another site.( now price is same as flipkart)
Now for the Laptop.
Pros:
1.The Build quality is very good. The same laptop with pre installed windows is sold as HP 15-AC053TX 15.6-inch Laptop (Core i7-5500U/8GB/1TB/Win 8.1/2GB Graphics), Turbo Silver(around '55K - '58K) and is having lots of positive reviews
2.The Keyboard feels comfortable ( see the cons too)
3.If u are installing windows then install HP Support Assistant, it will install all the required drivers.(this will mainly solve the low Wifi signal)
4. Contact HP support to extended your warranty based on the purchase date. The laptop warranty will initially start from the date of import, once you send them the invoice they will update the warranty status. you can check the warranty status in the HP support assistant.
cons:
1.The keyboard even tough comfortable lacks backlight. even the power button is not having the backlight. The Up arrow key is smaller than the other keys making it very uncomfortable. Would have given 5 stars if the up arrow key was comfortable as I am used to using keyboard rather than the mouse ot touchpad
2. Max RAM is 8GB so you cannot extend the RAM eventough a free slot is available. But I think for next 4-5 years 8GB RAM should be sufficient.
3.The laptop back is a finger print magnet. As you use it u will find lots of oily marks on the back side of the laptop.
4. No laptop bag .
You will not get the similar laptop for the price. Now the price seems to have been increased so cant comment on the current price. I dont understand why the price keeps fluctuating so much(from 46990 to 54192). Even when i place the order initailly the price was 47990 and after 4 hours of placing the order the price came down to 46990. Luckily the product was not shipped so i cancelled the order and immediately got the refund and placed the order with 46990/-. Saved 1000/-. but too much fluctuation in price makes me feel that i in a vegetable market
Drivers support not that good on website

HP team doesnt help for this laptop, since it comes with DOS. For every question they have reason that Windows is not OG and buy OG product.

let me get this straight :
pros :
1. Great processor i7 5th gen with less power consumption than 4th gen
2. 1 TB HDD and 8 GB DDR3L RAM
3. great GPU played :
GTA 5 fps 30-35 on 1280*720 resolution
wolfestein old blood on medium with 1366*768 resolution
max payne 3 high on 1366*768 resolution
hitman absolution highest.
Best thing was that there was no heating whatsoever that's why i said it's a COOL lappy.
4. u can get drivers from hp support site easily
5. good battery life about 4-5 hours tested on windows 8.1.
6. Great speakers
7. full HD screen
Cons :
1. comes with DOS so u need to get windows installed yourself.windows 8.1 works best on this laptop.
2. GPU is good but DDR5 would have been better......... thats all i can think of.
