Kathy Smith is a well known Video trainer in US for quite some time now. She is very experienced and that shows in this DVD. At the same time, she is very encouraging, motivating and has a pleasant personality. She is very particular about the proper form to be used while exercising. All this helps a home exerciser to stick to his routine and get best results. This exercise video is centred towards strengthening abs and core area effectively through various set of exercises. These exercises have been categorised as Standing Abs workout, Boot camp style, Core strengthening, Stability Ball exercise and finally the Pilatese. The good thing is you can pick and choose what works for you and what you find interesting. The even better thing is you will most probably like multile styles and hence get multiple benefits out of them. The duration of exercises is not too long, which helps. Preferabley the standing abs section should be attempted first because it also works as a good warm-up section. The DVD can be used as stand alone or even better be combined after a solid cardio session. I would have personally loved a separate section with Light Weights too.

I actually don't know really this product can trim the tummy and if it does how long it takes. Let's see the other aspects of the product. The cost of the product is so cheap for any exercise equipment you say cost is lolow. it is easy to carry even when you travel so it means your work out may not be affected even when you travel. Not very heavy and easy to store so don't occupy much space. Ease of use is also positive. Finally now I have used it for some time my personal feeling is that this may give better workout for shoulder and arms than abdomen. So if your only aim is to get a slim abdomen you may get disappointed. Ifeel this equipment can be used as a add on for abdomen not as a sole one.
