i ordered air fryer through flipkart and delivery as quick considering the remote location we are in. however, our joy ends there as it was delivered without a manual and cooking booklet. not expected from a big name like glen, it took us almost one hour to figure out how to open the damn thing, by which time we all were thoroughly frustrated watching youtube videos on how to open it. once open, we are now left with the onerous task of figuring out what and how to cook in it. how to set the timer, killing all the joy of cooking. it seems we will loose more calories openig and closing the tumbler to check what has happening to our good food inside. though i understand flipkart shouldnt be held responsible for callous attitude of the company but i suggest they shud take up a case with GLEN so that their own reputation is not affected by such acts. and GLEN, im never going to buy another of your products.
