I have an old Acer 5500 laptop which had pretty bad built-in speakers. When watching say a youtube video, even on full volume, I could barely hear the soundtrack. So I was looking for something to augment my laptop speakers, but wanted them to be as portable and inconspicuous as possible. The F&D V560 perfect fit the bill. I'm not an audiophile, but I find the speakers to be awesome for their size. The fact that they are relatively cheap is a bonus. The sound is clear, crisp and has a good range for listening to music and watching movies. I tried the speakers with Rock, Hip hop and instrumental and am completely satified with what they can do for their size. I can honestly say these speakers are better than some of the AC powered desktop computer speakers that I've bought before. There is very little to no thump in the bass, but then I don't think anyone would expect speakers of this size and price to have deep bass. I appreciate clear sound more than high bass and the V560 delivers that. There is a volume control knob on the wire and I could crank up the volume about half way before it was too loud for my comfort. If you like your music loud, you will not be disappointed. Like most speakers, there is some distortion at 100% volume, so mostly you would want to turn them up to around 90-95%. The speakers are well built and feel solid in the hand. They are not too heavy and I really could not notice the additional weight difference after attaching these speakers to my 2.5kg laptop. The speaker clamp firmly to the side of the LCD. They also have a small leg that can be extended to make the speaker stand on a table for times when you want to use the speakers as desktop speakers. There are 3 coloured rings provided (metallic red, silver and metallic blue), if you want to change colours. It also comes with a pretty well made carry pouch to put the speakers in, instead of just throwing them into your laptop bag. Flipkart packaging and delivery of the speakers was perfect. I don't mean just good, it was really perfect, and I have ordered a lot for Amazon to compare. I ordered the speakers on Mon afternoon and I had them in hand on Wed afternoon, packed nicely in bubble wrap and a box. Couldn't expect more.

I considered all other mini speakers in this price range including philips and altec..but ordered this one..& believe me..the sound..the clarity..the bass..is unbelievably awesome..& another benefit is that it jels beautifully..only con is that wire cluster could have been managed better..but once yu listen to it yu wont care..& yes flipkart service was awesome as usual

The packing was good, as always. Now some initial impressions about the product. It has been just a day using these but I must say that I am impressed !! The speakers are very small - about the size of Galaxy Y. They are also quite slim, just an inch. They can be clipped to your laptop (as shown in the product figure) as well as placed on a flat surface. The sound these little monsters produce is fairly loud and clear - consistent with what all the other reviews say. Now I own JBL desktop speakers as well as a Sony Hi-Fi system. But I was looking for something more portable since I dont like to sit at a table while working on my laptop. These speakers are the perfect match. My laptop speakers easily pale before these. Since they are easily attached to the laptop, I dont have to worry about moving them separately when carrying my laptop from my couch to my bed :) There were few other similar products (like the Lenovo speakers) but I choose these as this appear They are also pretty chic, especially with the three different color rings (red, blue and silver) provided with the product. A decent carrying pouch and a strap for wire management is also provided. For those are looking for information about the company, these are made by a Chinese company called fenda. However, the quality is quite good and a lot for value for your money. Everyone at my home liked them and I am very much satisfied with the product. Lets see if they turn out to be keepers in the long run :) If you are thinking about getting these, you have my +1.

F&D V560 is simply superb and looks cute...... powered by USB 2.0 channel these small speakers produces immense clarity and high volume.. even for high volume listeners these cute speakers can do the job... The bass clarity is very good even at 100% volume It's a good buy at 579Rs. It contains a pouch to carry these speakers for other places.. simply these speakers suit for music lovers... Its a worthy buy at this cost and better choice than other speakers in this range

I ordered these speakers on Friday last week, 3rd February 2012. And got it delivered on next day.....hats off to Flipkart. I think no one can match this not even International top notches. Just keep it up..... Now about this speaker, when I unpacked the box and saw it for first time I wasn't sure about the sound quality. Just plugged it in my Laptop and launched VLC Media player.... and you know what I just jumped in my seat. Amazingly clear and sweet sound. Quality of the device is also at par with any international brand even if its made in China. The sound is good enough for a normal sized room to hear music...watch movies...play games. Bass, Treble and other beats handled perfectly by small yet powerful speakers. Just buy this and don't think twice... It is THE BEST in this price tag.
