Delivered the second day only!! Its a simple product and we stopped depending on the supplier of 20 Litres bottled water, who was so erratic in his untimely supply. Now we can drink safe water without worry.

We basically got this product to store double filtered water. We hardly used the product for 5 days & it stopped filtering the water into the lower storage compartment. We could not return the product as the deadline was over a day back.Totally disappointed with the quality of the product & the fact that it could not sustain for even 5 days, despite filling in ultra pure pre-filtered water.On contacting Eurekafobes, they mentioned an additional service charge of RS400, which I find not worth to pay. A total ripoff.. From my experoence, I highly recommend not to buy this product..

Water overflows from the bottom half of the dispenser. There is no proper stoppage in the central mechanism to stop overflow. It's absolutely not worth the price.Product not working after 3 months of usage. Eureka Forbes says warranty covers only service. Customer needs to pay the price for damaged part,Have sent email to BHAGWATI KITCHEN APPLIANCES many time no response after sales service is disappointing will be left with no choice.
