Do not buy this. No complaints against Flipkart, but Eureka Forbes took forever to come instal it. Within a days time, the water that comes out is terrible, has a storing bad taste and just cannot be consumed. It has been a month since I have been chasing Eureka Forbes to come fix. Every second day, someone new calls me, takes my address and complaint all over again, assures me someone will turn up and no one has to date. Terrible terrible service.

I ordered this product on 21st December and I received it on 22nd December, Thanks to Flipkart for its quick delivery. I was skeptical in buying this product on flipkart after reading the reviews about the delay in installation of the product by Eureka Forbes but I took the risk and I ordered the product. Trust me guys with in 4 days I got my water purifier installed. The Installation people from Eureka Forbes were great and gave complete understanding on how the product works and its servicing cycle.
The water purifier is working fine as of now. Will review this product again after one month.
My Verdict: Don't hesitate in buying a water purifier from Flipkart and trust eureka forbes service.

i was so excited and afraid to see the water purifier because i ordered it on the big billion day.but it was nice both for using and seeing.the delivery was as said.it was delivered on the right date. the operation is also easy.its a nice gadget for the right price.

I ordered this product on Flipkart despite the worst customer service complaints by other customers because of the relatively lower price I got this one at Flipkart. I didn't expect Eureka Forbes guys to fix this one immediately and I was mentally prepared for the worst. I got the delivery within 2 days of ordering the product. That's as usual. Here comes the surprise. Within 2 days of delivery of the product, I got a mail from Flipkart saying a service request has been lodged against Eureka Forbes and that the product will be installed within 2 days. And Eureka Forbes did install it within 2 days. So overall, it's a happy ending :) Thanks to Flipkart for everything :) The product - I didn't care much about it. All I wanted was a UV filter.

I am writing this review after using the water purifier for 6 days ONLY.No issues faced with respect to installation of the purifier.After 2 days of installation, minor water leakage is observed from oulet. After lodging of complain, the a Aquaguard service guy visited & replaced the part but the same problem is still continuing. Then I had to complain again. On my 2nd complain withing 5 days, that guy didn't bother to come & see, rather told me on call that this is very common problem in this purifiers.Unfortunately I had to return this and now ordered Kent water Purifier....let it come. Will update that Purifier feedback too.

Despite registering a service complaint two weeks back and following up regularly- they have not bothered sending someone to fix it. Guess they take it easy because it is a product under warranty and they have to service it free of charge!

The so called local service office (at least in Kolkata) is full of unscrupulous idiots. They are idiots because they don't have even basic idea of water pressure and how to regulate it (But, working in the related field and deceiving customers !!), unscrupulous because they deceive and coerce customers to buy useless device with exorbitant price in the name of regulating pressure.I bought this product which seems to be okay with all installation device. A person, who is little incoherent in his behaviuor, from local office came and suggested a pressure regulator costing Rs. 790/- would be required. He appeared with this device 4 days afterwards with much persuasion but, he could not show any improvement after connecting the same. Instead, he regulated entire inflow of multiple taps which was creating much problem for other uses.Then, I complained and nobody turned up. I even complained to Ureka Forbes feedback system which assured me of remedy within 2 hours in vein.After being hopeless, I myself regulated the inflow by a knob provided with the T-connection, which was part of the standard shipping. The device now is working as expected. But, I was fooled by Rs. 790/- by then. So, Beware !!

This product was bought as it was cheaper. Now the installation man comes and says that we need to install a pump and a filter for this model. We already have a filter working though not this model of the same company. Now they say the product is not returnable. All be aware please do not buy this product and be fooled. What they say in the description is not always fully transparent.
