This is one AV which will never make noise while constantly protecting you from the threat. it is constantly on diet, and that's the reason why it looks good!! jokes apart. this AV is one serious bundle of superguns meant to defend you from the most malicious! it has been verified by international associations like Virus Bulletin and ISCA Labs, to name a few. unlike its peers(esp norton), it doesn't demand sumptuous meals, and a small but balanced diet suffices. as a result, there is enough surplus of memory still left for you to utilize to your heart's content!! i am running it on my 7 year old desktop, and it is working flawlessly. it never interrupts, never grunts, in fact, it's existence is practically unnoticed for most of the time!! i had discovered NOD32 some 3 years back, and instantly fell in love with it. the interface is minimal and to the point. SUMMARY: this is one software to install and forget about. like a "Silent Guardian"(courtesy TDKR), it will protect your maching from infections. so go for it. u'll never regret having spent 400 bucks!!

If you haven't heard the name of NOD32 before, just check Wikipedia. It is the most highly rated AV ever. My pendrive got infected with some virus due to which I could not see its contents. Windows XP would give me an error whenever I clicked on the pendrive icon in My Computer. AVG Free detected it but could not remove it. I installed Microsoft Antivirus Essentials but it would crash while removing it. Finally I installed a trial version of NOD32 which swiftly removed the virus and my pendrive began working normally. ESET NOD32 v5 is the best antivirus that I've used. It is fast and lightweight, and updates itself automatically and quickly. Although Kaspersky is also good, it often takes a long time to update. NOD32 also has a "gaming mode" in which you won't get any distractions if you are playing games. NOD32 has won 67 VB100 awards from Virus Bulletin, more than any other antivirus. It has failed only thrice to pass this test. Compare this to QuickHeal which has passed 39 times and failed 12 times, while Kaspersky has passed 57 times and failed 20 times. Just go for it....you won't regret buying it.

This has to be the best security solution out there.It is pretty low on resources.That means it's NOT going to slow down your computer whatsoever.That being the chief attraction,it also gives you top class performance on detection and removal of viruses.The gaming mode is another feather in the cap of this anti-virus;which will make sure your gaming experience is free of any interruptions. As for the service provided by flipkart-I am pretty satisfied.I placed my order on the 22nd of Feb and got it on the 23rd.It was excellently packed.5 stars !!

It is the best anti virus .... i am using it since 3 years .... never my machine got attacked by virus ... !! Its a lovely software ..... and its does not make the machine slow .... So do not hesitate to by it .... it is far far better than its competitors in the market ..... do not dowload pirated version .... it can damage your machine ....

repeated installation failure on my genuine os.feels bad.rated 0.a good product will run properly on genuine os.hope av, ,vb,icsa are also a waste of time.i purchased this product by flipkart reviews and ratings.i think they are also supporting eset.this version5 gives a additional 6 months validity but customer center insist to install ver6 which i hope will not give this offer.

Being in an IT industry I've always been a keen enthusiast when it comes to security of my Laptop & PC. Moreover what more concern was that the Security solution shouldn't make my computer sluggish and make sure that the Computer doesn't hang etc. NOD32 from ESET has won all my arguments and indeed this is the reason I'm stuck to this Anti Virus since more than 5 years. I prefer a basic anti virus and not a complete Internet Security system with built in firewall etc. The Goods: 1. It run in the back ground so smooth that you won't even know if the anti virus is running. 2. Unlike the over hyped anti viruses in market, NOD32 uses less system resources - result a "hang-free" PC. 3. It can detect any virus, literally "any". 4. Very fast - scanning, virus detection. 5. I'm a person who used to shift from one AV to another but imagine a person like me sticking to this AV since last 5 years..? To me its unbelievable. Thank you ESET - NOD32!

This time before purchasing an AV. I was specifically looking for a product, meeting the following criteria's: 1. It shouldn't bring down the system performance. 2. Must provide fine grained control or advanced options for scanning. 3. Must be vigilant enough to catch the viruses, malwares and threats. 4. Reasonably priced. 5. Hassle free installation and activation. After going through a number of AV products, I was about to zero in on BitDefender, but soon after going through the reviews. I found, Bit defender takes a toll on system performance, I had to drop it then and there. The next one in my list was Nod32. While evaluating Nod32, I found the product had a smaller footprint in contrast to other products. The best part was, when I restarted the system, and began accessing my files, I didn't observe any delay at all. I even doubted whether the AV is running at all. The activation process was hassle free. While going through the VB-100 quadrant, I found Nod32 scoring almost inline to Bit Defender, Kaspersky and other leading AV products. After all, the search for an AV product meeitng the aforesaid criteria ended with ESET Nod32. Thanks to Flipkart for delivering it in single piece and on time, as I was skeptical whether the CD may get damaged in transit. Once again kudos to Nod32 and Flipkart for their excellent product and service.
