Reason:
1) The best person Mohit Raina matched the Look of "Mahadev"
2) The way of Dialogues delivered from "Mahadev"
3) The Tales which depict the moral with Logic
4) The Calmness, the soothing personality, the Awesome "Shiva Shiva Shiva Shiva Shiva ..." background Tune along with classical instrument
5) The more you watch, the more you keened to stay tuned, never bores like rest other Serials
6) To the point Answer with logic...
7) Discloses all the tales in sequence, even most of the Characters are very justified... from Lord Ganesha to Indra, From Lord Visnhu to Lord Brahma.. my fav is Ganesha...

After watching regularly it Seems Mohit Raina is born for Mahdev.

Devon Ke Dev Mahadev has been a legendary show.
I must say Mohit Raina has done justice to the role of Shiva and he has acted fantastically. His expressions, dialog delivery takes you to that level and leaves you spellbound.
The story, visual effects and everything has been bang on.
This series is something that would be remembered for years to come. It has set a whole new benchmark.
That is the reason why i got the DVD. But what i heard from the reviews, that there are many scenes missing and that is not acceptable.
I would request the producers and the makers of the DVD to release an unedited version of this series.
Even if the price would be higher, people would still buy the DVD, as such is the stature of this series.
It is a sincere request.
I would have given 5 star, had this been an un-edited version of the series.

I just now finished disk 1 of devo de dev from this dvd and it has huge missing parts in middle ,
for example vishu saying to narad that part missing
then daksh giving food to sati right after when sati punishment over . that scene missing
another scene missing where dakh announcing the council , and the utsav ,
last i seen it jumps about 8 to 9 scene scene in middle
this is my fav serial i watched from day 1 ,,,,,
and many more vital scene missing
vishu part ful cut out ,,
i missing the momentum and the juice from the serial where huge huge part and vital scene missing
daksh announcing mahashave and talking of inviting raag ragini scene also missing

I started to see this only after the Mahadev & Parvatis marriage, but now I am going to buy this , so that I can see what was missed.
One can never miss a single episode, after tuning in to this.
1 ) The best ever Mahadev character played by Mohit Raina
2) The Best ever Parvati played by Sonarika.
3) Everything is explained so neatly & so nicely, that even a children will understand it quickly.
4) Every thing that happens in the show, which teach you a new lesson. Every thing happens have some logic in it.

1. It did not contain detailed episodes it was as if we are watching the serial in a fast forward mode.2. The DVDs were divided in chapters and in every DVD chapter 3 was missing. Hence i had to return the DVD
Bad Audio though good Video

I thought of asking this question with the seller but couldn't find an option. The video quality is good but audio quality is pathetic :-( . I want to ask if the package I received is a defective one? I checked changing sound types but it didn't solve the problem (I hear dominating background music and dialogues are hardly audible).
