I bought the cooling pad @ 960? which I feel little on the upper side. Now coming to the product the build quality is satisfactory with the hard metal mesh. The design is the key feature for any cooling pad and here it wins the game. Unless many other cooling pads it has a entire base made of metal grill which itself helps a lot for heat dissipation. Thefan is 160mm whih is quite big at this price compared to others and the rated speed is 1400 rpm which is again a game changer. Believe me higher diameter and rpm is always better over more no. of fans. There is quite significant drop in my gpu(4-5?) and cpu temp (7-8?) . Although those are not very big numbers , I am overall happy with that. Also point to be noted is that this fan blow the air into the laptop and does not act as an exhaust. There is almost no or very little sound from the fan that you can hardly hear. Overall at this price considering other options you can go for this one.On a different note I had a very bad experience with the shipping and Amazon customer service. :/

The Notepal L1 cooling pad from Cooler Master is just an amazing cooling pad. It can fit laptops which have a screen size ranging from 7 to 15.4 inches. The quality of the mesh is absolutely amazing and the overall build quality of the cooling pad is great and feels very sturdy. This cooling pad is highly recommended to people who play graphic intensive games on their laptops as the 160 mm fan has a speed of 1400 rpm which is higher than most of the cooling pads available in the ?1000 price range. I would also like to mention that even though the fan has a speed of 1400 rpm, it is still very silent and you can hardly notice the fan working. Boasts of Fan speed @ 1400 RPM when the fan speed is no more than 800 RPM. Owned another brand of cooling pad and brought this one thinking that the greater RPM would come in handy to cool my laptop, but boy was i really surprised when i plugged it in. The fan doesnt even have a speed setting and was rotating at a speed which would have made a tortoise proud. No air flow absolutely whatsoever. People who boast about great fan speed in the comments, either got a different piece or i got a defective piece. This cooling pad does absolutely nothing to cool the laptop. When i contacted the seller, they even accepted to the fact that the product was having a low fan speed and put forth some technical jargon about cooling technology which was "supposed" to cool my laptop, but it dint. Also the seller tried to get away with the product by not accepting my return just 10 days after i had purchased it. Thanks to Amazon's brilliant customer care and the A-Z guarantee, I am not able to get the return and refund. Dear Amazon, Please ban third party sellers like these who bring a bad experience to your esteemed customers.

Have been using the Cooler Master product previously for my 14' inch laptop and that was great. It used to perfectly sit evenly on my lap and was issueless. This one purchased for my 15' inch new laptop does cool the laptop but, because of its shape leaves, marks on my legs. You cannot keep it on your lap for long as it creates marks and hurts. The design is suited only for keeping on table not on lap.

coolermaster being a brand name, i had high hopes for the cmc3 unfortunately even though the cooler cost 531/- which is quite an amount by my book, it didn't deliver.pleasantries aside, lets get to it; *delivery took 5 days.packing was ok *the cooler is not quite big enough to fit my asus x54c 15.6" laptop, the sides stick out. *the fan,unfortunately because of the lower voltage and the enormous size (200mm) spins slowly (about as fast as a bike wheel turned furiously by hand). *there is no gimmicky/gaudy LED madness which is a good thing or a bad thing,to each his own. *the usb cable drawing the power for the the fan is ridiculously short it struggles to reach the laptops usb ports which are at the bottom without hitting the fan.the is an extension on top of the usb that allows ad hoc usb-ing though.. *on the plus side the build is sturdy plastic and at a good height/angle.both are not adjustable by the way.. *the fan is exposed at the bottom.take care not to place it in bed. all in all this was my first experience with laptop coolers and i found the whole concept superficial.the cooler only cools the exterior of the laptop.the insides still remain hot.the vents dont do much good since you're not forcing air in through them. if you seriously want to drop the temperature of the lap open it and clean it thoroughly yourself or by proffessionals to avoid voiding the warranty.

Alas! what a waste of money! My HP pavilion g6 laptop is burning beside the touch-pad when I open any programming environment (Eclipse). This is my first thing to buy from Flipkart and hence based on the previous reviews, I thought this would solve my problem, but the rotating speed of the cooling fan is also not so fast. It doesn't worth the money I spent on this. I already placed this in ads to sell off. On the other side, if you are looking for just-for-fun or for just-for-show, then this one is the best one at the price: look & feel is super, nice material & color.

This cooling pad has no fan covering in the base so the fan keep on striking the bottom surface.You cannot keep it on your palm or rough surface as the fan keep on striking.This flipkart too doesn't have shown image of backside of the product for selling this product.Highly Dissatisfied with the product.....!!

The coolpad is really nice. However it does have its flaw as well. pros: 1. Fan is really quiet 2. The cooling is good and laptop temperature is controlled 3. Shape is nice Cons: 1. Fan is really quiet and there is no other way on knowing whether the fan is running or not. No light indication or anything else. You really have to observe to see if the fan is running 2. You will struggle to keep a 15.6 inch laptop on this cool pad
