Best product in the 10K range

This RO product is best in the 10K range . With an automatic flush facility and 6 lts capacity , it suits best in the RO category. It is a fit and forget product . The only disadvantage is that it does not come with a glass tray.
Rest is butter smooth.

BEWARE of Annual Maintenance Contracts

Subject: Annual Maintenance Contracts
Cost: Rs. 4130/year additional
Why?: Because an important part has to replaced as it's life span is 1year.
What happens if you don't get one?: The machine will stop purifying water when it's component's(part's) life is over that is around 1 year & needs replacement when the part fails.
Why would a customer pay?: Because water is a necessity & the company believes that we customers are dumb.
From a logical point of view, using the machine costs much more than just the initial cost of the product. The RO model that I use is accompanied with an implied imposed AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) costing Rs. 4130/-.
Can you believe it? Rs. 4130/year.
Either the company is incompetent in developing machines that are cost-effective or they are intentionally manufacturing such products to keep a regular revenue stream alive.
Even if I go with the assumption that technology is not that advanced in India, WHY THE HELL wasn't I informed about it when purchased it so that I would start saving money the very day the machine was installed. I did inquire about it at the time of sale but wasn't informed then by the sales guy. Maybe he was desperate to sell a product or maybe he was trained by the company to not disclose it. Whatever be the reason, the machine is useless as there is no option but to get the contract done. I as a customer feel cheated:(
Plan of Action: Get an AMC this time & search for a better product before the life span(approx. 1 year) of the replacement part is exhausted.

As usual delivered in time.
Have had to haggle with the service center and technician from the word "GO". As guy did not know how to install the product, and after an hour or more managed to out to together, after he had left realized a lead, well he had damaged the some connecting part. So call the service center, speak to the manager in-charge (took 3 -4 attempts), number is not even listed in any of the their sites. so not sure if this was the manager knowing what followed - nothing after a complaint, i was told to work with them again.
To cut the long story short its wise to stay away from the Eureka products, techs here talk like they can fix a rocket, all fart & no ***t... you end up paying for what they break...
Poor poor service... else they may go down too soon, sad for a company for being known for some of Innovative things they are known for...
Eureka Forbes service is really bad..with poor aftersale service from flipkart

Delivery of product was very fast..for that flipkart credits 5 star..After receiving product i contacted Eureka Forbes customer care for installation with service id 095A691713...But it is going to be 5th day but no body turned up or contacted me...I complained to flipkart also as they have written that they follow after sale service to make sure its installation...but with no response...now what should i do? return it?
Always believe in previous reviews ..I did mistake.
I will write follow up also.

I experienced the ever worst product quality & servises , no can help u if you buy the products ,if you wants to buy water purifiers then first take help from other people ,the compony only focus on sell the product , very poor servises

I had done some research before buying the Water purifier, as there are number of brands available in the market. I set some benchmark (renowned Brand, Service and Fitting in budget) on which I chose this purifier.
Eureka Forbes Aquasure Elegant RO+UV 6 L RO + UV Water Purifier meet all my expectations. I got it in a very good price, its light weight, solid and compact, it fits above our kitchen shelve. No vibrations or noise (expect a slight motor sound which can be easily overlooked). It has all the basic functions. Installation was done by the Eureka service engineer within 1 week of buy.
Cons:
The water wastage is little more, but if you can handle, this would be a great choice

Its very silent and gives water at very good flow rate, 6 later is more than sufficient for 5 members family. I got it delivered on 2nd day and I called Eureka forbes, the technicians came next day in morning and they installed the product free of any cost :)

Let me warn all future buyers. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. First things first product is good and functions as it is defined. But it is meant only for brackish water , hard or salty water. Not for Municipal water. So if you use even for borewell water wastage is very high.
Thanks to flipkart 30 day replacement guarantee I could return it and as a gesture of good will I bought another one with TDS controller from Flipkart only.

Receive defective item, don't know how many times have approached Customer care. No action has taken from Flipkart as well, even after cancelling the order, not got a single call from Flipkart. Finally have to retain the defective item. Very poor service from Flipkart and from Eureka.
