Amazon sold defective product to me. I started using this only with VGA. Later after a few months, When i used the HDMI port then the actual problem started. The monitor started blinking with black screen and the power light is always blinking even it is switched off. I read in some forum and did some checking, seems it is a defective piece. I didn't even get a warranty card at the time of purchase. Dell straight away rejected my warranty claim, saying the serial no. and seller seal/sign is missing in the invoice. I generally get only the printed copy of the invoice for any amazon or other eCommerce online purchase.I feel like pathetic service from Dell people, simply they are finding a reason to deny warranty claim.I directly contacted seller through the contact seller option in amazon portal and no use of it.I again contacted amazon to get the updated invoice and the are also helpless to get it. Finally at the end of lot of mail communication/fights and follow ups that lasts about 1.5 months with amazon, amazon agreed to return and refund the product giving an exception to their policy. Thanks a to amazon for their service. And I was a proud customer of dell and having couple of dell products including laptop. They are lacking quality nowadays and I will think twice before buying any dell products again in future.

Nice monitor from dell,but the seller ship it without power cable beware friends,Its a ordinary monitor with fhd resolution with HDMI port.no speakers and the monitor had normal bezels, they say it is thin but it is not. its display is TFT not IPS, non reflective Matt finished display panel.Note: no power cord its price is Rs 250. its MRP is Rs 8160 in the box.
