The best at this Price Range
By Sumit Makwanaon
Recently, my previous monitor had broke down and was unable to use it. So decided to get a new awesome monitor. And I went to the top of the list monitors, which had 2ms and such other features.
But those were not available in my city of Mumbai. So I got disappointed.
Then I checked for low price monitors. All were good, but they had the same features that my monitor had. And btw it was TN panel.
Then, I find the benq gw2250, the best features ever at this price.
VA Panel
VESA Mount
4ms response time
1080p support
60hz refresh rate
5000:1 contrast ratio [the highest you can get at this price]
After looking at other possible brands, I found none that had features as good as this model had. One thing missing was the model I mentioned didnt have a HDMI port, and got dissappointed.
But then I found gw2250HM, and Yes, it has the same features as well as a HDMI[ps3/xbox/hd setup box?]
So my friends, this has been one of the greatest experience ever. I would definitely suggest you to buy this monitor. I even tested a few videos, and the visuals were outstanding.
PS: I have yet to find an IPS panel that has the same or more contrast ratio available in India. And IPS panels are way more costly. But they are better. As being not a very rich guy, this will definitely substitute any HDTV or monitor that has this price tag.
Great value for the money

Well, looks like Flipkart takes long time to deliver electronic goods. I needed to wait for more than a week to receive this. No complains about it though.
I wanted to have a monitor with good viewing angles and accurate color reproduction. I do some photo editing and watch movies. But, I didn't want to spend a lot on IPS panel monitors. After reading plenty of reviews about BenQ GW2250HM I decided to go for it. And I can say that it's not bad.
Colors look superb and natural (almost), contrast is fine. Black levels are decent. Viewing angles are certainly better than TN panel monitors. Build quality is cheap I guess, too plasticky. You can tilt it, adjust its height. When placed on stand on table, it wobbles though. Anyway it has VESA mount so you can mount it on the wall.
Connectivity options are great. I must say BenQ has done great job by providing HDMI, DVI, VGA ports, audio in-out; rare combination these days. I haven't tested any games on it yet, but 4ms response time should handle faster movements. It has speakers as well, but, they are crappy.
I've no idea about how the support from BenQ is, although there is service center in my city.
Overall, it's a worth buy, plus you get 3 years of onsite warranty. VA panel certainly gives best of both the worlds, TN and IPS panel. If you want to get away from TN panels, and want to have something good, go for it.
Best product at reasonable cost
By Sunil Loharon
has good picture clarity, and perfectly works on Mac Mini using HDMI (i dont know why Flipkart Customer Care told me , it wont work with Mac Mini !!)
Best buy product With HDMI , Inbuilt Speakers, and Sound INPUT and OUTPUT !!.
Easy to Install.
Speakers are also good, and has sufficient volume to listen Songs and Movies etc.
The design is quite complicated to plug the wires.
other than design it is good product.
Not up to the mark

I tried to lower the resolution below the native 1920x1080 to 1280 then it became blurry.
Speaker sound is not audible. It is very low. I calling their support to fix it. Maybe issue with the speaker.
I'm a web developer and need crystal clear images to work with. But surely even at the native resolution it won't be called crystal clear.
Feature packed

I can't assess how well this screen would display games or videos, since we're using it for displaying a public token queue system, but it's FHD and has DVI, HDMI, VGA, inbuilt speakers, 3 years onsite warranty, VESA mount and that's the biggest set of features I have ever seen on a screen for this price. The only con: only VGA cable included.

By Ravishankaron
It's a good product. Ticks all he right boxes. Still it lacks the visual quality of a Dell somehow. I got at discount in prime sale. Still didn't quite like the visual quality.
