I had bought this twin cordless system to give to an aged person, so that he can have a phone extension in the bedroom.The product I got was in a tattered and beaten-up box. The phone instruments were used as there were several (Indian) phone numbers in the redial memory that perhaps a previous customer had dialled!!The box printing and the instruction manual were in Spanish only.I seriously doubt any meaningful warranty will be available as it certainly won't be supported by Panasonic India. The telephone wire (which the manual says 1 included - both graphically and in words - thank you Google Translate) was missing inside the box.
