It seems to be risky purchasing home appliances online. The usha otg which i received yesterday is tampered slightly on the outer cover. However its working perfectly hence not returned. These are delicate products and must be handled with care. Not clear whether damage products has been packed by usha itself or damaging has been done by delivery men. Thorough inspection must be done by Amazon

the size is perfect for family of 5-6. u can bake a good size pizza, cake, wtever u like. I have fallen in love with it. after so so soooo much research i finally ordered dis model nd I m so proud of it. and by d way dis model is so much better than bajaj and morphy richard trust me.

The piece i received had dents on the top surface both on the front left and right corner. The baking tray was short by around eight mm as a result it would not fit in the slot and fell down. The built quality is very poor with the casing material being very thin it is not at all a sturdy product.

This is a perfect product for those who like to bake. Its ideal for a family of 4-6. I have so far used this to Toast/grill and bake and have had good experience each time I use it. The Rotisserie is good too. For people who are looking to buy an OTG this is the one you should go for.

Product 8s good. Working perfectly fine. Only complaint is about its poor built quality specially its outer body which is made up of very thin tin.

Worst product.The body structure of this OTG is made with thin tin material due to which heat is provided extremely on the outer parts of OTG by which my hands burnt.Is is not at all safe for homely use as I have many children in my home,so its a big risk for us,they too might touch n get their hands or body parts burnt. I want to return this Usha OTG and want refund but flipkart team is not cooperating me, not understanding my situation don't know why. So it's a humble request to take back this product n refund my money please. Hope you Will do this.
