I am very satisfied with the product. This is the best laptop in this range. i5 processor with 4GB RAM costs you minimum of 35000Rs. So it was worth the penny. I was supposed to get a free HP Backpack but they didnt deliver it to me and I raised a complaint and got 1000Rs in my wallet for buying the bag :)
Update: after one week usage i found an issue with the laptop. When i shut down the Laptop the screen goes like it is shutting down but the Power lights are still on. Unable to reset it or anything,. just now found that this is a common problem with hp laptops with Windows 8.1 :(

Battery backup is about 5hrs to 6hrs
Overall value for money i got additional 5% discount as i used HDFC credit card and free in day guarantee. Also i got an awesome HP original backpack.
If you go for other brand such as Dell & Lenevo you will get more features at this price.

I feel sorry for all others who got 2GB RAM. I think this model is by default a 2GB Laptop.
HP have just upped the RAM by +2GB - but selling it in 2GB's model name. That is why this much complaints for this product.
I bought this for 25K @ WSRetail - Flipkart; which came with expected configuration except for QM77 (got HM75) chipset. I managed to install W7. Laptop is fast and smooth.
Installing W7 Drivers was the most difficult part of buying a DOS laptop. Internet connectivity is a must to bring this laptop's drivers to workable condition.
Though it is plain in looks; It looks metallic which is pleasing for the geek in me.
Overall,
I think i am lucky to get the 4GB piece correctly and for a reasonable price of 25K too.
Till now i can't find any 3GenCi3/4GB/500GB/DOS laptop which beats this price.

Good Core i3 3rd generation processor( supports hardware assisted virtualization) with 4gb ram at good price.
Nice keyboard with good spaced keys and tactile feedback
W-LAN and bluetooth 4.0, multi card reader, HDMI, vga ports.
500 GB hard disk.
Great sound clarity with DTS boost.
Laptop comes with drivers CD for both windows 7 and 8.
Those having issue with touchpad can enable different gestures and multi touch gestures in mouse settings under control panel. scroll and other settings can be enabled there.
Hidden Bonuses : 2.2 kg in weight very light and a classy metallic magnesium casing gives it a real value for money
