Just dont ever buy this piece if u want to ruin your happiness . Got a 1.5 yr old piece first sent for Replacement again got a same mfd date item 9/2016 (1.5yr old laptop) after troubleshooting many issues by doing a factory reset too now the latest issue is the screen has Faded colours ( yes i finished updating drivers too ) but to no avail . have spent more than 3-4 days behind this machine just to get it running fine .Will never ever buy An Asus product again. Applying for a refund altogether will rather buy a Dell .And guys please buy a Dos machine and install windows7/8 10 is horrible and most important The recovery alone on this laptop takes 5-6 + hoursi would recommend Amazon to please check for good quality product and also personally use the laptop for 2-3 hours to know the issues being faced by me .

Worst quality, exactly after a month after warranty expire, it stopped abruptly and didn’t turned on after that and booked service request [CASENO=A171240156] and gave the Laptop to the authorized service centre [RMA NO: INF8HC0500], to which they diagnosed and sent me a part replacement cost of Rs.33,579. I am very much surprised over the service cost and the life of the spares used in my Laptop, a laptop which was bought at Rs. 26,304 has a service cost of 1.3 times of the laptop. And they say that’s what the company rules says. worst product.

This is an awesome pc at a very reasonable price! This made me fall in love with ASUS. I don't know what the other users are talking about, mine has been working extremely fine since day one and it has been more than 6 months, not a single problem. Windows is giving me regular updates and I currently run the fall creators update of WIN10. The only downside with this machine is that it's not made for graphic intensive purposes like AR and Mixed reality and the camera could've been better. All in all, it's one of the best options in the price range.
