They will deliver this laptop in baremetal form. No OS installed. You cannot insert the provided CD because it does not have an optical drive.
Really cheap of Flipkart to sell incomplete products.

using this laptop since September 2014. had no problems . is very cool to run. doesn't get hot at all. battery gives about 5 hours. charges fast. white colour looks awesome.
cons: cant think of any!!!!!!

unlike mihar i also have certain problems with the product..but my position is better than him.
i ordered this on a month back.i installed windows 8.1 os using my pendrive and it was working cool...Then a problem reported to me.It wont start for the first time.it will start and display will be off.at first i thought there was a problem with my OS installation but later i found that it was the problem of the product itself and it cant able to adjust my display i.e. brightness cant be modified
Apart from these everything is fine.
Pros:
1.Light weight
2.can be used for daily purposes
3.Basic laptop.
Cons:
1.some keys may not work
2.OS installation may be problem
Product you obtain may depend on your luck.
but based on the price they are offering this is ok.
P.S. Don't consider if u are expecting more from this ..its just for basic purpose
