I have seen a lot of people complaining about the touchpad not working. I can confirm that it does not work right out of the box when trying to install Windows.
Also, people complaining or even flipkart staff that Windows is not supported. Guys, this is a 2016 laptop. Windows 10 works fine even on my 2010 Laptops. Only thing needed is a bit of research.
So in a nutshell. Guys go to Bios options. i.e Press F2 when computer is booting up. And then go to Main and select Touchpad. Under that "Advanced" would be selected. Change that to "Basic" and you are good to go. Your touchpad will start working again.
Only thing i dont understand is why it has to be so complicated and is such an oversight from Acer's side.
Anyways guys you will be able to get your touchpad working when you follow these simple steps.

What could you expect in this segment if you are getting 6th gen i3 processor
Installed Windows 10 working fine
Fan is pin drop silent

Best laptop under 25000.because this is the only laptop that has intel core i3 at a price of Rs.22000.Build is very good.initially i had a warrenty issue but flipkart resolved it in 2days only, which was pretty impressive.battery life is also pretty amazing under normal usage i.e if you are watching movies, using ms office ,surfing web then you could easily get more then 6hrs of battery life.

though the laptop is quite adequate for my needs, the pre-installed Linux & the documentation provided are pathetic, I bought a win 10 licence to make the laptop functional
True review after 1 and a half months of usage.

I've been using it for over a month now and here are my impressions so far.The laptop is one of the best you could get at this price. I bought it from another e-tail platform that is about to buy a third e-tail platform soon (Hint, hint) and it cost me exactly Rs. 23,990 at the time of purchase. The stylish genes are in-ignorable and the machine overall exudes a more premium feel than the price range it is available in. Get one of the dynamic colours if you want heads to turn when you open it up in a library or an office.Out of the box, it came installed with non GUI Linux. Faced a few very minor hiccups after I installed Windows 10 Pro edition, but all of them were resolved with a few Google searches and software improvements. Core i3 6006U is snappy and the integrated HD 520 GPU is capable as well. I tried testing my NFS: MW 2012 and it ran like a charm. You get 4GB of great DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz. The backplate can be easily opened and the RAM can be upgraded to 16GB but I advise against it since it will void your warranty. Moreover, 4GB is more than enough for the group of people this PC is aimed at. I ran HD videos on YouTube, while processing office documents on the side and peering over UTorrent. The RAM usage never went above 60-65%. One flaw I found in the laptop is that the screen gives out unnatural colours and staring at it long enough causes eye strain. You win some, you lose some I guess.Pros:> 22k-24k price point.> Snappy 6th Gen i3 with HD 520> Good speakers (Not the the best, though)> Stylish premium design> Touchapd is responsive.> Future proof for at least 2.5 to 3 years.> Long battery life (4-6 hrs on moderate use with WiFi always on)Cons:> Unnatural screen colours> Keyboard is clumsy for large hands like mine; not backlit either. Mistypes occur semi-frequently.> Average front camera> Touchapd doesn't have gestures support like pinch-to-zoomFinal note: Overall it is an excellent laptop for first time buyers and college students, office-goers for general desktop work. It will have a great life cycle of about 2.5 to 3 years courtesy its configuration. If someone is in the market for a PC that can handle most of the tasks you throw at it and still not carve a canyon sized hole in you pocket: This is it.Extra Note: Be sure to register on the shopacer website after buying it to get an additional 2 years of Warranty and 1 year of ADP. It will cost one around 1k.
