Disappointed with the product! Not recommended.

I bought this recently and have been using it for 3 weeks now. I trusted the brand 'wonderchef' which is why I went ahead with it. But I must say I am quite disappointed with the product. The build quality is decent but could have been better. There is no on/off button on it and it starts as soon as you power on from the socket switch. I make smoothies with this blender. It does blend the softer ingredients, but it takes a long time to blend others. So clearly, either the blades aren't super sharp or the motor is not as powerful. The jar quality is not up to the mark. I ground some roasted cumin seeds in the smaller jar and the plastic got severely damaged and is no more transparent. It has turned opaque now. Overall, I am not really satisfied with the product. Would not recommend it. Go for a more trusted brand!

In 20 days, the paint started coming off from the blade caps. There were paint specs in the food regularly.When we complained, we got a replacement for that blade cap. Then the rubber seal came off from that cap.The biggest jar leaks.

this is my third purchase of the Mixer grinder for family and relatives and you all can understand why one purchases again and again. The item was received in nice pack . thanks to amazon for the swift pack and delivery. This time though the difference of machine is the extra whipped or juicer attachment. Anyways the mixer is of very good quality and fast grinding and mixing work. Only caution is not to put hot items in the bowl .

While their products may look really good and designer. The quality is very poor. Name any product of wonderchef and I can guarantee you it won’t last for than 6-9months. From nonstick pans to mixer and blender. Tried everything and had some or the other problem with them. While they provide you warranty, you can never get through them to claim. Try it, google their customer service number and call them. I can assure you won’t be able to get through anyone when you need them. Emails I wonder if anyone checks them. I must have written tons! All waste. Don’t waste you hard earned money, time and efforts behind wonderchef products! There are various other brands and definitely million times better than wonderchef

Good quality. Plastic quality is great. Little tricky to use initially. Not the best out there when it comes to crushing stuff. Also, if the rubber cladding on the lid is broken (which does easily), liquids will start coming out. Little expensive as well.
